Apoteri is a village in the Upper Takutu-Upper Essequibo Region of Guyana, near the confluence of the Rupununi River with the Essequibo, at an altitude of 53 metres. Apoteri started to develop as the centre of the balatá industry. The population is mainly Amerindian of the Macushi and Wapishana people.

Saxacalli, located on the west bank of the Essequibo River some 25 miles (40 km) south of Parika at 6°35′N58°37′W. The village was originally an Arawak community, and has existed since the late 17th century.

Hackney, is a village in Guyana, standing on the eastern bank of the Pomeroon River, 11 km from its mouth. Formerly the business centre for residents of the coconut estates of the lower Pomeroon River, Hackney is still of some importance. It provides a primary school and church for residents of the surrounding area.

Calatayud is a Spanish Denominación de Origen Protegida (DOP) for wines located in the southwestern corner of the province of Zaragoza about 90 km from Zaragoza and covers over 5,600 ha, extending over 46 different municipalities, including Calatayud itself. It borders with the Cariñena (DO) in the east and with the province of Soria in the west. It is in the Ebro River valley and is crisscrossed by many of the Ebro's tributaries including the Jalón, Jiloca, Manubles, Mesa (river), Piedra and Ribota. The vineyards are found on the south facing slopes of the Sierra de la Virgen range at heights of between 550 m and 800 m above sea level.

Trosaån is a river in Sweden. The river flows east from the south east of Lake Sillen in the Sodermanland Region of Sweden. It flows along the path of the D 800 road through Vagnhärad where the river bend to the south along the 218 road. The Trosaån river splits the town of Trosa. where the river gets its name, in half. From there it empties out into the Baltic Sea. The river has small quaint houses on its banks in some parts, leading to spectacular pictures, and will freeze over in winter.

The village is located on the Kamuni Creek, a tributary of the Demerara River. The village of Hopetown, an early Chinese settlement, is located about 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) from Santa Mission.
