The Romania national under-20 rugby union team is Romania's junior national team in rugby union. They have represented Romania in the IRB Junior World Rugby Trophy, now known as the World Rugby U20 Trophy but have not yet participate in the World Rugby U20 Championship. They participated in the first three Junior World Trophies, winning it in 2009, and in 2018 they hosted of the World Rugby U20 Trophy for the first time.

The France national under-20 rugby union team, also known as France under-20s or France U20(s), is the national under-20 rugby union team of France, under the control of the French Rugby Federation. The South Africa national under-20 rugby union team are South Africa's junior team at national level. They have been competing in the World Rugby Under 20 Championship since its inception in 2008. The Italy national under-20 rugby union team has competed in both the IRB Junior World Championship and IRB Junior World Rugby Trophy. They were one of four teams relegated in 2009 to the Junior World Trophy after finishing at the bottom of the tournament. They were again promoted to the 2011 IRB Junior World Championship after winning the 2010 IRB Junior World Rugby Trophy.

The Uruguay under 20 rugby team is the junior national rugby union team from Uruguay. They replace the two former age grade teams Under 19s and Under 21s. The team competed at the World Rugby Under 20 Championships and World Rugby U20 Trophy.

The Oceania Rugby Under 20 Championship is an international rugby union competition organised by Oceania Rugby, which is the regional governing body for rugby in Oceania. It is contested by men's junior national teams with an under-20 age requirement, and played as two tournaments: the Oceania Championship for teams that qualify for the World Championship; and the Oceania Trophy for teams aiming to compete in the World Rugby U20 Trophy.

The Cook Islands national Under 20 rugby team is for Cook Islands rugby union players aged 20 or under on January 1 of the year during which they are selected. The team has played at the World Rugby U20 Trophy and also competes at the Oceania U20 Championship.
