Shunping County is a rural county in the west-central part of Hebei province,China. [1] It is under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Baoding and lies to the west of its urban core.
Under the Han,Shunping was known as Quni. [2] It was a base for Chen Xi's general Wang Huang ( t 王 黃 , s 王 黄 ,Wáng Huáng) in his short-lived rebellion and the site of the defeat and executions of Wang and Hou Chang ( 侯 敞 ,Hóu Chǎng) by Guan Ying and other imperial forces in 196 BC.
It was renamed Shunping under Wang Mang's short-lived Xin dynasty.[ citation needed ]

Hepu,alternately romanized as Hoppo,Hopu or Hop'u,is a county under the administration of Beihai City in southeastern Guangxi,China. It borders Lianjiang (Guangdong) to the southeast,Bobai County to the northeast,the Gulf of Tonkin to the south,Qinzhou to the west,and Pubei County to the north. Then-Premier Li Peng called this place "the Southern Pearl County" (南珠之乡) in November 1992. The county was once known as Lianzhou. Zhao County (Zhaoxian) (simplified Chinese:赵县;traditional Chinese:趙縣;pinyin:Zhào Xiàn),a historic town called Zhaozhou (赵州) in the past,is located in the southwest of Hebei province 40 km (25 mi) southeast of the provincial capital Shijiazhuang,and 280 km (170 mi) south of Beijing. The county is also famous for its agricultural products:snowflake pears (xuehua pear),asparagus,and wheat.

Julu is a county of Xingtai City,in the south of Hebei province,China. Prior to the Sui dynasty,Julu had been known as Nanyi County. The name was changed and became Julu,with the Chinese for Ju being written either as either "巨" or "钜". In 1980,the name was standardized as "巨鹿".
