SYSPRO was founded in 1978 by Chris and Phil Duff. As of August 2022, Jaco Maritz was CEO and Phil Duff was executive chairman. [3]

In 2014, the company reported over 15,000 customers in around 60 countries. [4]

SYSPRO operates in markets around the world, including the United States, Canada, Africa, Asia Pacific, Australia, [2] and the United Kingdom.
