Wan Man is a small island in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu, Malaysia. It is located off the east coast of that state's mainland where the Terengganu River meets the South China Sea.

Pulau Wan Man is the home of Malaysia's Islamic Heritage Park which was opened in February 2008. The park includes Crystal Mosque along the island's northeastern shore, as well as scaled replicas of various landmarks around the world such as India's Taj Mahal and Jerusalem's Dome of the Rock. [1]

Prior to construction of the Islamic Heritage Park, the island had no human inhabitants, but was home to reptiles, with palm forest and thick undergrowth. [2] The size of the island is 33 hectares (82 acres). [2]

Apart from the Monsoon Cup success, he also had improved the state transportation system bringing East Coast Expressway connecting Terengganu to the west coast of Peninsula Malaysia cutting the time needed from 9 hours to 3 hours drive from Kuala Terengganu to Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. He has also upgraded the airport, providing education programme for the suburban and elderly people on Information Technology, building free houses for the under poverty and recently has brought Terry Thoren to the state to start Animation Development Programme which is expecting to provide 4000 work opportunities in the state every year in animation and 3D industry.

The Crystal Mosque or Masjid Kristal is a mosque in Wan Man, Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu, Malaysia. A grand structure made of steel, glass and crystal, the mosque is located at the Islamic Heritage Park on the island of Wan Man. The mosque was constructed between 2006 and 2008, and was officially inaugurated on 8 February 2008 by the 13th Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin of Terengganu. It has the capacity to accommodate over 1,500 worshipers at a time.

Tok Syeikh Duyong or Syeikh (Scholar/Elder) Wan Abdullah bin Wan Muhammad Amin, mothered by Wan Aminah, was born in Cabang Tiga, Patani, now part of southern Thailand, in 1802, migrated to Terengganu and died on Pulau Duyong at 4 p.m. on Thursday, February 24, 1889. He was a famous and respected scholar, both by the palace and the people of the state of Terengganu.

Kuala Nerus is a district in Terengganu, Malaysia. It is the youngest district in the state, having been declared a separate district in 2014.
