Zhang Lebin (born April 1958) is a former Chinese politician who spent most of his career in Communist Youth League of China Central Committee. He previously served as deputy director of the State Administration for Religious Affairs. As of September 2015 he was under investigation by the Communist Party's anti-corruption agency. [1]
Born in Bo'ai County,Henan in April 1958,he graduated from Xinxiang Normal College in July 1982.
He became involved in politics in August 1977,and joined the Chinese Communist Party in December 1983.
In August 1977 he was a worker in Tractor Station in his hometown,and soon taught school.
In July 1984 he was promoted to become his hometown's party secretary of the Communist Youth League,a position he held until December 1987. Then he was transferred to the Communist Youth League of China Central Committee and over a period of 13 years worked his way up to the position of deputy director of the State Administration for Religious Affairs. On September 22,2015,the CCP Central Commission for Discipline and Inspection announced that he has come under investigation for "serious violation of discipline." He was expelled from the party on January 5,2016. [3]

In May 2015,he was put under investigation by the Communist Party of China's anti-corruption agency. An alternate member of the Central Committee from 2007 until his downfall,Yu was duly expelled from the party and lost his Central Committee seat in 2015 and was sentenced to 11 years in jail.

On June 25,2015,Xiao Tian was investigated by the Communist Party of China's anti-graft agency. He is the first high-ranking implicated official being examined from sports system after the 18th Party Congress in 2012.
Yang Dongliang is a former Chinese politician who spent most of his career in the city of Tianjin in northern China. He has successively served as the vice mayor of Tianjin,and the Director of the State Administration of Work Safety. In August 2015,he was put under investigation by the Communist Party's anti-corruption agency. Yang was a member of the 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party;he was the sixth member of the committee to be investigated for wrongdoing following the 18th Party Congress.
Wei Minzhou is a Chinese politician best known for his term as the Communist Party Secretary of Xi'an,between 2012 and 2016. He was placed under investigation by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and expelled from the party in 2017.
