Julio Anguita González was a Spanish politician. He was Mayor of Córdoba from 1979 to 1986, coordinator of United Left (IU) between 1989 and 1999, and Secretary-General of the Communist Party of Spain (PCE) from 1988 to 1998. Due to his enormous influence and his absolute majorities in the Córdoba city council, he was nicknamed el califa rojo.

The name of the brand comes from the Spanish verb chupar, meaning "to suck". Similar confections are known as lollipops or suckers in English.

She was the head of the Spanish noble House of Medinaceli and patron of the Ducal House of Medinaceli Foundation. In addition to her most senior title of Duchess of Medinaceli, she held an additional 49 other hereditary noble titles during her lifetime, making her the second-most titled noblewoman in Spain, just after Cayetana Fitz-James Stuart, 18th Duchess of Alba. She died in Seville on 18 August 2013, aged 96.
Julio Anguita Parrado or Julio A. Parrado, as he often signed his articles, was a journalist and a Spanish war correspondent. He was the son of politician Julio Anguita González, and his mother, Antonia Rojas Parrado, was Deputy Mayor of the city of Córdoba. He was killed when an Iraqi missile hit him when he was in Baghdad covering the 2003 Iraq invasion.

Las Vega's is a Colombian comedy drama television series produced by Silvia Durán for RCN Televisión. It is an adaptation of the Chilean telenovela of the same name, and premiered on 26 October 2016, and concluded on 10 February 2017. The series stars an ensemble cast, starting with the singer Greeicy Rendón, Natalia Ramírez, Elizabeth Minotta, and Camila Zárate, along to the male cast; starting with Tiberio Cruz, Santiago Alarcón, Antonio Jiménez, Luis Alfredo Velasco, and Juan Alfonso Baptista.
