The 2011 ADAC Formel Masters season was the fourth season of the ADAC Formel Masters open wheel auto racing series in Germany. The points system for the 2011 season changed to match the system used by the FIA for other championships such as Formula One. Points were awarded to the top ten drivers in each race as follows: 25, 18, 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, and 1. [1] Pascal Wehrlein won seven of the 24 races and won the drivers' championship. Motopark Academy won the teams' title after their drivers Emil Bernstorff, Artem Markelov, Kean Kristensen and Mario Farnbacher occupied second, fourth, fifth and sixth place respectively. Sven Müller was third.

Pascal Wehrlein is a German and Mauritian racing driver currently competing in Formula E for Porsche. He previously raced in Formula One for the Sauber and Manor teams. Holding dual nationality of Germany and Mauritius, he raced under the German flag in Formula One. He had previously raced in DTM, winning the title with the Mercedes-Benz team HWA AG in 2015. The 2014 ADAC Formel Masters was the seventh and the final season of the ADAC Formel Masters series, an open-wheel motor racing series for emerging young racing drivers based in Germany. The season began on 26 April at Motorsport Arena Oschersleben and finished on 5 October at Hockenheim after eight race weekends, totalling 24 races.

The 2015 ADAC Formula 4 season was the inaugural season of the ADAC Formula 4, which replaced the ADAC Formel Masters. It began on 25 April at Oschersleben and finished on 4 October at Hockenheim after eight triple header rounds. Champion Marvin Dienst took 8 wins, as runner-up Sweden Joel Eriksson won 7 races. Joey Mawson won five races while Mick Schumacher, Lando Norris, Ralf Aron and David Beckmann won one race each.
