All That Glitters... is an adventure module published in 1984 by TSR for the first edition of the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons fantasy roleplaying game. It is set in the World of Greyhawk campaign setting and is intended for 5-8 player characters of levels 5-7. [1]
All That Glitters... is a scenario in which the player characters follow a treasure map through a jungle and wilderness inhabited by fierce tribesmen. [1] [2] The module also describes the "Wind Walkers' Passages", which are tunnels through a mountain range [2] called the Hadarna Mountains. [1]
The player characters acquire pieces of a map showing a journey through forest, mountains and desert leading to a temple and treasure.
UK6 All That Glitters was written by Jim Bambra, with interior art by Tim Sell and cover art by Brian Williams, and was published by TSR in 1984 as a 32-page booklet with an outer folder. [2] [3] This module is part of the UK series of modules and was written and developed by TSR UK division, but was printed in the US. [3] Graeme Morris and Tom Kirby contributed to the storyline, Phil Gallagher was in charge of production. Cartography was by Paul Ruiz. [3]
Chris Hunter reviewed the module for Imagine magazine, giving it a favorable review. [1] Hunter noted that, compared to UK5, this module is a more conventional "follow-the-treasure-map-adventure". [1] Although he thought this a "hackneyed idea", Hunter considered it well executed. [1] He described the main part of the module as "well thought out". [1] Overall he called this "a worthwhile and interesting excursion". [1]
Dungeonland (EX1) is a 1983 adventure module for the Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) roleplaying game, written by Gary Gygax for use with the First Edition Advanced Dungeons & Dragons (AD&D) rules. The Gem and the Staff, by John and Laurie Van De Graaf, is an adventure module for the Dungeons & DragonsExpert Set. Rather than being a typical group adventure, The Gem and the Staff was designed for head-to-head tournament-style play, with players separately playing the same adventure and competing against each other for points earned by accomplishing certain goals. The adventure is only playable with one dungeon master (DM) and one player.

Horror on the Hill is an adventure module published by TSR, Inc. in 1983, for the Basic Rules of the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy role-playing game. Its product designation was TSR 9078. This 32-page book was designed by Douglas Niles, and features cover artwork by Jim Roslof. It is intended for beginning gamemasters and 5–10 player characters of levels 1–3. The module contains around 20 encounters on the surface, a monastery, three dungeon levels and three new monsters.
Night's Dark Terror is an adventure module for the Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) fantasy role-playing game written by British game designers Jim Bambra, Graeme Morris, and Phil Gallagher. It was designed specifically for campaigns transitioning from the D&D Basic Set to the D&D Expert Set. The player characters (PCs) journey from a farmstead into uncharted wilderness, where they encounter new hazards and contend with a secret society. The adventure was first used as a module for tournament play at the 1980 Origins Game Fair, and was later published by TSR in 1981 for use with the first edition Advanced Dungeons & Dragons rules. The module was written by game designer David "Zeb" Cook, who partly ascribes his hiring by TSR to his work on this module. In the adventure, the characters are hired to find an object taken to a lost oriental-style city, which has been taken over by a cult of snake-worshipers, the yuan-ti, and their servants, the mongrelmen and tasloi.
