The Anglican Diocese of Ilesa [1] is the second most senior Diocese of 17 Dioceses within the Anglican Province of Ibadan, itself one of 14 provinces within the Church of Nigeria. [2] The current bishop is Rt. Rev. Prof. Dapo Folorunsho Asaju. [3]

Rt. Rev. Dr. Samuel Olubayo Sowale was the immediate past Bishop from year 2000 to 2021

Ephraim Ademowo was bishop of the diocese from 1989 to 2000.
