Apple Creator Studio is a subscription provided by Apple that bundles a number of premium and freemium productivity services and software, with it launching on January 28, 2026. The subscription gives access to many productivity apps and software such as Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro and Pixelmator Pro while giving premium content to the free iWork suite and Freeform. [1] [2]
The subscription rivals Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
Apple announced the Creator Studio on January 13, 2026, the suite will consolidate Apple's premium software subscriptions into one subscription, although separate purchases will remain optional on macOS. [3] Both the subscription and standalone versions can be installed at the same time; to distinguish them, Apple said only the Creator Studio version would use the new icons. [4] [5]
These applications vary by device availability.
Following the announcement of Creator Studio, multiple outlets praised the lower pricing compared to Adobe Creative Cloud, [6] but were critical over the failure to include an alternative to Adobe Lightroom, like Aperture or Photomator. [7] [8]
