The Australia national handball team is the national handball team of Australia, representing the country in international matches. Handball Australia is the national governing body for the Olympic Sport of Handball and for the sport of Beach Handball. [1] Australia has consistently won the Oceania championships in both men's and women's division. In 2014 the International Handball Federation (IHF) decided to exclude Australia from the 2015 World Men's Handball Championship. [2]

The Oceania Continent Handball Federation (OCHF) is the governing body for the Olympic sport of Handball in Oceania. It is affiliated to the International Handball Federation (IHF).
The Pan-American Team Handball Federation (PATHF) is the continental governing body for handball, beach handball, wheelchair handball and snow handball in Americas since 23 May 1977. PATHF includes Northern America, Central America, South America and the Caribbean. PATHF's primary functions is to organize competitions for national teams and clubs, and to conduct Men's World Handball Championship and Women's World Handball Championship qualifying tournaments.
The IHF Beach Handball World Championships is an international beach handball competition contested by the men's and women's national teams of the member federations/associations of International Handball Federation (IHF), the sport's global governing body.

The 2015 World Men's Handball Championship was the 24th staging of the World Men's Handball Championship, organised by the International Handball Federation (IHF). The final tournament was held for the first time in Qatar, from 15 January to 1 February 2015. The Qatari bid was selected over those of Norway, Poland and France after a vote by the IHF Council on 27 January 2011, in Malmö, Sweden. This is the third time that the World Championship was hosted in the Middle East And North Africa, after Egypt in 1999 and Tunisia in 2005.
Alice Keighley is an Australian team handball and beach handball player. As a member of the Australian national team, Alice played in the 2011 World Women's Handball Championship in Brazil and in the 2015 IHF Four Nations Tournament in Kazakhstan. As a member of the Australian Women's Junior Handball Team, she competed in the 2013 IHF Intercontinental World Cup Challenge Trophy in Mexico and the 2012 IHF Oceania Continental Challenge Trophy. In 2010, she was selected in the Australian Youth Olympic handball team to attend the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics, where the team came 6th. As a member of the Australia women's national beach handball team, she competed in the 2012 Beach Handball World Championships in Oman, the World Games 2013 in Colombia and the 2014 Beach Handball World Championships in Brazil.
Daniela Borelli dos Santos, also known as Daniela Cook, is an Australian team handball player. She part of the Australian national team, and participated at the 2011 World Women's Handball Championship in Hungary and Brazil.
