Blackstone House and Martinsville Telephone Company Building, also known as Cure and Hensley Mortuary, consists of two historic buildings located at Martinsville, Morgan County, Indiana. The buildings were connected in the early 1960s. The house was built in 1860, and is a two-story, Gothic Revival style brick building with a steep cross-gable roof. A Queen Anne style wraparound porch with corner turret was added in 1890. The Martinsville Telephone Company Building was built in 1927, and is a one-story, flat roofed, Tudor Revival style "oriental brick" and limestone building. It features a crenellated parapet. It housed a telephone exchange until 1957. [2]
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. [1] It is located in the Martinsville Commercial Historic District.
Hite-Finney House was a historic building at 183 North Jefferson Street in Martinsville, Morgan County, Indiana. It was built in 1855, and was a two-story, transitional Greek Revival / Italianate style brick I-house. The building partially collapsed in 2003. It was destroyed by fire in August 2006, and was fully demolished in October 2009.
Blackstone Building is a historic commercial building located in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana. It was designed by noted Fort Wayne architect Charles R. Weatherhogg and built in 1927. It is a three-story, three bay, Classical Revival style brick building. The front facade features panelled Ionic order pilasters topped by a modillion cornice and a shaped parapet. Its upper stories are clad in white terra cotta. The building originally housed the Blackstone Shop, an exclusive women's clothing store.
Lake County Tuberculosis Sanatorium, Nurses Home and Superintendent's House is a historic tuberculosis sanatorium located at Crown Point, Lake County, Indiana. The Nurses Home was built in 1930, and is a three-story, Georgian Revival style brick building on a raised concrete basement. It has a hipped roof with pediment. It features a three-bay projecting entrance portico with an arcade and variation of Corinthian order pilasters. The Superintendent's House was built in 1930, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, Colonial Revival style brick building with a one-story flat roofed wing. The Lake County Tuberculosis Sanatorium closed around 1971.
Marshall County Courthouse is a historic courthouse located at Plymouth, Marshall County, Indiana. It was built between 1870 and 1872, and is a two-story, brick and limestone building in a combination of Italianate and Renaissance Revival styles. It is rectangular in form and has a hipped roof with central bell tower.
Yount's Woolen Mill and Boarding House is a historic woolen mill and boarding house located in Ripley Township, Montgomery County, Indiana. The boarding house was built in 1851, and is a two-story, "L"-shaped, Late Federal style brick building. It has a gable-on-hip roof and two-story porch on the rear side. The mill was built in 1864, and is a 2+1⁄2-story brick building on a raised basement with Greek Revival style design elements. Also on the property are the remains of an 1849 frame mill, an 1867 brick building, dam and mill race. The Yount Mill was contracted by the U.S. Government to manufacture Army uniforms during both the American Civil War and Spanish–American War.
Morgan County Courthouse is a historic courthouse located at Martinsville, Morgan County, Indiana. It was built between 1857 and 1859, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, Italianate style brick and stone building. It has a cruciform plan and features a five-level free-standing campanile. Additions were made in 1956 and 1975–1976. Associated with the courthouse is the original annex or Sheriff's House. It is a two-story, five bay by two-bay, I-house.
Morgan County Sheriff's House and Jail is a historic combined jail and residence located at Martinsville, Morgan County, Indiana. It was built in 1890, and is a two-story, brick building with Italianate and Queen Anne style design elements. It has a cross-gable roof, arched openings, and terra cotta ornamentation.
Martinsville Commercial Historic District is a national historic district located at Martinsville, Morgan County, Indiana. The district encompasses 75 contributing buildings and 1 contributing object in the central business district of Martinsville. It developed between about 1847 and 1947, and includes notable examples of Italianate, Classical Revival, and Tudor Revival style architecture. Located in the district are the separately listed Morgan County Courthouse and Blackstone House and Martinsville Telephone Company Building. Other notable buildings are the Martinsville Public Library, Martinsville City Hall (1917), Martinsville Post Office, Pitkin Building, Barskin's Department Store (1922), Indiana Theater, Steven's House / Building, Hale Building, Interurban Station, Union Block (1866), and First Christian Church (1891) and Annex (1927).
Martinsville, also known as the Indianapolis and Vincennes Railroad Depot, is a historic train station located at Martinsville, Morgan County, Indiana. It was built by the Indianapolis and Vincennes Railroad in 1911, and is a one-story, rectangular, Bungalow/American Craftsman style brick building. It has a bellcast red clay tile hipped roof and measures 24 feet by 75 feet. Passenger service on the line ended in 1940, and the building was subsequently used as a freight depot. The building faces the Martinsville Sanitarium. The building housed the Martinsville Chamber of Commerce and currently houses the Martinsville Arts Council.

Martinsville Sanitarium is a historic mineral water sanitarium located at Martinsville, Morgan County, Indiana. It was built in 1925–1926, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, "oriental brick" and limestone building with an eclectic combination of Tudor Revival, Colonial Revival, Renaissance Revival, and Bungalow/American Craftsman style design elements. The main section measures 160 feet by 55 feet and has two projecting wings. It is topped by a cross-gabled hipped roof and features a sun porch, half-timbered gables, and overhanging eaves. The building faces the Martinsville Vandalia Depot.
South Bend Remedy Company Building is a historic building located at South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. It was built in 1895, and is a two-story, transitional Queen Anne / Classical Revival style brick and limestone building. It features a recessed entrance, round turret topped by a conical roof, and a wide frieze band of garlands and torches. It was built to house the offices and laboratory for the South Bend Remedy Company, a mail order patent medicine business. It was moved to 501 W. Colfax Ave. in 1988, and then to 402 W. Washington St. in 2003.
Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity House, also known as Maltese Manor, is a historic fraternity house located at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. It housed the Indiana Gamma Omicron chapter of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity from its construction until May 2021.

Hanna–Ochler–Elder House, also known as the Hannah House, is a historic home located at Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. It was built in 1859, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay, Italianate style brick dwelling with Greek Revival style design elements. It has a lower two-story kitchen wing with gallery added in 1872. The house has a low-pitched hipped roof with bracketed eaves.
Christamore House is a historic settlement house associated with Butler University and located at Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. It was built between 1924 and 1926, and is 2+1⁄2-story, "U"-shaped, Georgian Revival style brick mansion. It consists of a two-story, five bay, central section flanked by one-story wings. It has a slate hipped roof and is nine bays wide, with a three bay central pavilion. The building features large round-arched windows and contains an auditorium and a gymnasium.
John Greenleaf Whittier School, No. 33 is a historic school building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. The original section was built in 1890, and is a two-story, rectangular, Romanesque Revival style brick building with limestone trim. It has a limestone foundation and a decked hip roof with Queen Anne style dormers. A rear addition was constructed in 1902, and a gymnasium and auditorium addition in 1927.

It was built in 1896, and is a two-story, cubical, Romanesque Revival style brick building with a two-story addition built in 1959. It sits on a raised basement and has a hipped roof with extended eaves. The front facade features a central tower and large, fully arched, triple window. The building has been converted to apartments.
H. Lauter Company Complex, also known as J. Solotken Company, Lauter Lofts, and Harding Street Lofts, is a historic factory complex located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built between 1894 and 1912, and includes the South Factory, the North Factory, and the Office Building. The factory buildings are in the Italianate and the office building is in the Classical Revival style. The North Factory is a four-story brick building with a raised full basement constructed sometime between 1908 and 1912. The Office Building is a two-story brick building constructed between 1899 and 1908 and has a truncated hipped roof. The four-story, "U"-shaped core of the South Factory was built in two phases; the eastern portion between 1894 and 1898 and the western portion in 1899. The H. Lauter Company furniture manufacturer began in 1894 and they continued to operate at the location until 1936. The buildings have been converted to condominiums and apartments.
