Bursaspor TV is a sports channel of Bursa based multi sports team Bursaspor. The channel was launched in 2009 over satellite network services, cable service and streaming. [1]

The television offers Bursaspor fans exclusive interviews with players and staff, full matches, including replays of all Süper Lig, Turkish Cup, and UEFA Cup games, in addition to vintage matches, footballing news, and other themed programming.

The 2009–10 Süper Lig was the 52nd season since its establishment. The season commenced on 7 August 2009 with Istanbul B.B. hosting defending champions Beşiktaş at Atatürk Olympic Stadium. The last matches were played on 16 May 2010.

The 2009–10 Fenerbahçe S.K. season was the club's 103rd season in its history and its 52nd consecutive year in the Süper Lig since its establishment. The season covered a period from July 2009 to June 2010. Having finished fourth in the Süper Lig the previous season, Fenerbahçe qualified for the rebranded UEFA Europa League third qualifying round and for the group stage of the rebranded Turkish Cup, the Ziraat Turkish Cup.

The 2011–12 Süper Lig was the 54th season of the Süper Lig, the top level football league of Turkey. Fenerbahçe were the defending champions. The start date of the league was due to be 7 August 2011, but due to the match fixing scandal in Turkey it began instead on 9 September 2011 and was concluded on 12 May 2012. Galatasaray won their 18th title. A new format was introduced this season, in which after the regular season two play-off groups were played to decide over the Champions League and Europa League starting rounds. Points of the regular season were halved for ranking in those.

2011–12 Turkish Cup was the 50th season of the Turkish Cup, won by Fenerbahçe. Ziraat Bankası was the sponsor of the tournament, thus the sponsored name was Ziraat Turkish Cup. The tournament began with first qualifying round matches played on 7 December 2011, and concluded at the 16 May 2012 final. As winners Fenerbahçe already secured a berth in 2012–13 UEFA Champions League through league position, the runners-up Bursaspor will enter 2012–13 UEFA Europa League in second qualifying round. By winning the cup, Fenerbahçe qualified for the 2012 Turkish Super Cup.

2013 Turkish Super Cup was the 40th edition of the Turkish Super Cup since its establishment as Presidential Cup in 1966. The match was contested between the 2012–13 Süper Lig champions Galatasaray and the 2012–13 Turkish Cup winners Fenerbahçe, making the game the 375th edition of Kıtalar Arası Derbi. The game was a rematch of the 2012 Turkish Super Cup, which was won by title holders Galatasaray.

The 2013–14 Turkish Cup is the 52nd season of the Turkish Cup. Ziraat Bankası is the sponsor of the tournament, thus the sponsored name is Ziraat Turkish Cup. The winners earn a berth in the play-off round of the 2014–15 UEFA Europa League. Fenerbahçe were the defending champions, but were eliminated in the fourth round. The winners will also qualify for the 2014 Turkish Super Cup.

The 2014–15 season was Galatasaray's 111th in existence and 57th consecutive season in the Süper Lig. The club were aiming for an unprecedented twentieth league title, after finishing in second place in the previous season.
