The communauté de communes des Vals de Cher et d’Arnon was located in the Cher département of the Centre-Val de Loire region of France. It was created in January 2000. It was merged into the new Communauté de communes Cœur de Berry in January 2017.

The communauté de communes Sauldre et Sologne was created on December 29, 2005 and is located in the Cher département of the Centre-Val de Loire region of France. In January 2021 Nançay left the communauté de communes Vierzon-Sologne-Berry and joined Sauldre et Sologne. Its area is 970.8 km2, and its population was 14,597 in 2018.

The communauté de communes des Vallées vertes du Cher Ouest was located in the Cher département of the Centre-Val de Loire region of France. It was created in January 1994. It was merged into the new Communauté de communes Vierzon-Sologne-Berry in January 2013.

The communauté de communes Cœur du Pays Fort was created on December 4, 2002, and was located in the Cher département of the Centre-Val de Loire region of France. It was created in January 2003. It was merged into the new Communauté de communes Pays Fort Sancerrois Val de Loire in January 2017.

It was created in January 2017 by the merger of the former communautés de communes Cœur du Pays Fort, Haut-Berry - Val de Loire and Sancerrois. Its area is 688.0 km2, and its population was 18,476 in 2018. Its seat is in Sancerre.

The Communauté de communes Cœur de Berry is a communauté de communes, an intercommunal structure, in the Cher department, in the Centre-Val de Loire region, central France. It was created in January 2017 by the merger of the former communautés de communes Terres d'Yèvre and Vals de Cher et d'Arnon. Its area is 207.8 km2, and its population was 6,874 in 2019. Its seat is in Lury-sur-Arnon.

The Communauté de communes Vierzon-Sologne-Berry is a communauté de communes, an intercommunal structure, in the Cher department, in the Centre-Val de Loire region, central France. It was created in January 2020 by the merger of the former communautés de communes Vierzon-Sologne-Berry and les Villages de la Forêt. The Communauté de communes Vierzon-Sologne-Berry had been created in January 2013 by the merger of the former communautés de communes Vierzon Pays des cinq Rivières and Vallées vertes du Cher Ouest.Its area is 508.2 km2, and its population was 38,681 in 2019. Its seat is in Vierzon. In January 2021 Nançay left the communauté de communes and joined the communauté de communes Sauldre et Sologne.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Miss Centre-Val de Loire</span>

Miss Centre-Val de Loire is a French beauty pageant which selects a representative for the Miss France national competition from the region of Centre-Val de Loire. Women representing the region under various different titles have competed at Miss France since 1928, although the Miss Centre-Val de Loire title was not used regularly until 2015.
