Caux Seine Agglo is a communauté d'agglomération in the Seine-Maritime department of the Normandy region of northern France. It was created as a communauté de communes on January 1, 2008. It is a communauté d'agglomération since January 2017. It evolved from an amalgamation of three earlier communautés de communes - Port-Jérôme, Caudebec-en-Caux and Canton of Bolbec. Its area is 574.3 km2. Its population was 77,906 in 2018.
Métropole Rouen Normandie is the métropole, an intercommunal structure, centred on the city of Rouen. It is located in the Seine-Maritime department, in the Normandy region, north-western France. It was created in January 2015, replacing the previous Communauté d'agglomération Rouen-Elbeuf-Austreberthe. Its area is 663.8 km2. Its population was 492,681 in 2014, of which 111,360 in Rouen proper.
The Communauté d'agglomération de Fécamp Caux Littoral is the communauté d'agglomération, an intercommunal structure, centred on the town of Fécamp. It is located in the Seine-Maritime department, in the Normandy region, northern France. It was created on 1 January 2015 from the former communauté de communes de Fécamp. It absorbed the former Communauté de communes du Canton de Valmont on 1 January 2017. Its area is 207.1 km2. Its population was 38,310 in 2019, of which 18,041 in Fécamp proper. Its seat is in Fécamp.
Le Havre Seine Métropole is the communauté urbaine, an intercommunal structure, centred on the city of Le Havre. It is located in the Seine-Maritime department, in the Normandy region, northwestern France. It was created on 1 January 2019 by the merger of the former Agglomeration community of Le Havre and the communautés de communes Canton de Criquetot-l'Esneval and Caux Estuaire. Its area is 495.8 km2. Its population was 268,912 in 2018, of which 169,733 in Le Havre proper.

It is located in the Eure department, in the Normandy region, northwestern France. Created in 2017, its seat is in Vernon. Its area is 660.1 km2. Its population was 82,408 in 2019, of which 23,727 in Vernon proper.
