A farming village situated in the Pays de Caux, some 25 miles (40 km) southwest of Dieppe, at the junction of the D75, D88 and the D250 roads.

Seine-Maritime is a department of France in the Normandy region of northern France. It is situated on the northern coast of France, at the mouth of the Seine, and includes the cities of Rouen and Le Havre. Until 1955 it was named Seine-Inférieure. It had a population of 759,684 in 2019.
The Canton of Cany-Barville is a former canton situated in the Seine-Maritime département and in the Haute-Normandie region of northern France. It was disbanded following the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. It consisted of 18 communes, which joined the canton of Saint-Valery-en-Caux in 2015. It had a total of 9,470 inhabitants (2012).
