Damansara Perdana is an affluent township in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. It is located 10 minutes away from the city of Kuala Lumpur.
Damansara Perdana used to be an Orang Asli village until developer MK Land Saujana Triangle Sdn Bhd bought most of it over and started developing it in 1996. Since then, Damansara Perdana has become one of the best selling township in Petaling Jaya with total sales exceeding RM1.9 billion.
The 750 acres (300 hectares) Damansara Perdana is located within the Golden Triangle of Petaling Jaya, which also consists of Bandar Utama and Mutiara Damansara. It is accessible via the Damansara–Puchong Expressway, SPRINT Highway (Penchala Link), Persiaran Surian, and NKVE.
Businesses include 1 Utama, IKEA, The Curve, Tesco and Cathay Cineleisure. Mixed developments include CF i.e. Perdana View condo and service apartments, Damansara Perdana Emerald condo and service apartments, The Place, Perdana Business Centre, and the Armanee Terrace Condominiums.
Most recently, Mammoth Empire Land Sdn. Bhd. had developed a joint development project with MKLAND Holdings Bhd. to develop the Empire Damansara project, which consists of Empire City and Empire Residence. Another developer, Tujuan Gemilang Sdn. Bhd. had also developed a few projects in Damansara Perdana, namely the PJ Trade Centre and Point 92.

Damansara Perdana is part of the Golden Triangle of Petaling Jaya, one of the exclusive and affluent suburbs situated in the Klang Valley, at Selangor, Malaysia. As one of the biggest developments in Petaling Jaya, this township is serviced by the Damansara–Puchong Expressway (LDP), the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), and the Sprint Expressway (Penchala Link). With the opening of the 24 million ringgit direct-connection to the SPRINT highway (Penchala Link), traveling to Kuala Lumpur City Centre takes about 7 minutes to reach Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim (Jalan Duta). It is also 5 minutes to Mont' Kiara via the SPRINT highway (Penchala Link).

SPRINT Expressway Sprint Expressway(Malay: Sistem Penyuraian Trafik Kuala Lumpur Barat, English: System of Traffic Dispersal in Western Kuala Lumpur) is the main expressway network in Klang Valley, Malaysia. The 26.5 km (16.5 mi) expressway is divided into three sections: the Kerinchi Link, Damansara Link and Penchala Link. It is a three-lane dual carriageway that was built to disperse traffic from congested inner city roads and narrow residential streets leading into Kuala Lumpur from the western suburbs, including Petaling Jaya, Damansara, and surrounding areas. It is one of the busiest expressway during rush hour to and from the city centre.

The township is divided into two sections, SD1-SD5 in the north and SD7-SD15 in the south which are separated by Kuala Selangor-Kepong Highway. It is adjacent to Kepong and Sungai Buloh. The township consists of mixed development of commercial and residential properties. It was previously developed by Land and General Berhad and currently by TA Global.
Bandar Kinrara is a township in Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia. The Ayer Hitam Forest Reserve is situated to its south. Island & Peninsular Berhad commenced the township development under Perumahan Kinrara Berhad in 1991. The only link road to the development then was via Jalan Puchong before entering Kinrara Army Camp road. Bandar Kinrara 1 was constructed for low-cost terrace houses before Bandar Kinrara 2 double storey terraces begun construction. The construction of Bukit Jalil Highway helped Bandar Kinrara to expand the development phase on both side of the highway. An underpass linked both sides of the development.

The Petaling Jaya Dispersal Link Expressway (PDLE) (formerlyKinrara–Damansara Expressway(KIDEX) or KIDEX Skyway) was a new expressway under planning in Klang Valley, Malaysia. The 14.9-kilometre (9.3 mi) expressway connects the Damansara–NKVE Interchange of the New Klang Valley Expressway in the north to Bandar Kinrara in the south. The new expressway was claimed to reduce travelling time between Damansara and Kinrara by about 25%, and reduce traffic volume by 5% in both directions from Puchong to Petaling Jaya. On 16 February 2015, after several protests by the local residents, the KIDEX Skyway project was cancelled by the Selangor State Government. On 2018, the project is revived as Petaling Jaya Dispersal Link Expressway. In 2023, the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC) has opened an investigation into improper submission of Social Impact Assessment (SIA)

The Bandar Utama station is a mass rapid transit (MRT) station serving the suburb of Bandar Utama in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia as well as parts of Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur which lie across the Damansara–Puchong Expressway from the station.
Taman Putra Perdana is a township in Dengkil sub-district, Sepang District, Selangor, Malaysia. Although the township's postcode is 47100 / 47120 / 47130, which gives it Puchong postal address, it is actually in the Sepang constituency of Selangor, administered by the Sepang Municipal Council (MPSepang). The township was developed by Kenshine Corporation in 1997.
