There is only one known species, Filifolium sibiricum, native to Japan, Korea, Mongolia, China (Manchuria, Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Shanxi) and parts of Asiatic Russia (Primorye, Amur, Khabarovsk, Irkutsk, Zabaykalsky Krai, Buryatiya). [5]

Polygonatum, also known as King Solomon's-seal or Solomon's seal, is a genus of flowering plants. In the APG III classification system, it is placed in the family Asparagaceae, subfamily Nolinoideae.
