Gelana is one of the woredas in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. It was part of former Gelana Abaya woreda. It is part of the Borena Zone. The administrative center of Gelana is Tore.
The 2007 national census reported a total population for this woreda of 71,369, of whom 36,032 were men and 35,337 were women; 3,502 or 4.91% of its population were urban dwellers. The majority of the inhabitants said they were Protestant, with 76.47% of the population reporting they observed these beliefs, while 16.28% of the population practiced traditional beliefs, 4.09% practiced Ethiopian Orthodox Christianity and 1.72% were Muslim. Dano is one of the woredas in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. Part of the Mirab Shewa Zone, Dano is bordered on the southwest by the Jimma Zone, on the north by Cheliya, and on the southeast by Nono; part of the boundary with the Jimma Zone is defined by the Gibe River. The major town in Dano is Sayo.
Ejerie is a woreda in Oromia Region, Ethiopia. Part of the West Shewa Zone, it is bordered on the south by the Southwest Shewa Zone, on the west by Dendi, on the northwest by Jeldu, on the north by Meta Robi, on the northeast by Adda Berga, and on the east by Walmara. The major town in Ejerie is Ejerie town, after which the District is sometimes named.
Elu is one of the woredas in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. Part of the Southwest Shewa Zone, Elu is bordered on the south by Becho, on the west by Dawo, on the north by West Shewa Zone, and on the east by the Awash which separates it from Alem Gena. Towns in Elu include Debre Genet and Tagi.
Bereh is a woreda in Oromia Region, Ethiopia. It was part of former Berehna Aleltu woreda which was separated for Aleltu and Bereh woredas and Sendafa Town. Part of the Oromia Special Zone Surrounding Finfinne, Bereh is bordered on the south by the Akaki and East Shewa Zone, on the southwest by the city of Addis Ababa, on the west by Sululta, on the north by North Shewa Zone, and on the east by the Amhara Region.
Kurfa Chele is a District in the Oromia of Ethiopia. It is named after its administrative center, Kurfa Chele. Part of the East Hararghe Zone, Kurfa Chele is bordered on the south by Girawa, on the west by Bedeno, on the northwest by Kersa, and on the northeast by Haro Maya. Towns include Dawe.
Uraga is one of the Aanaas in the Oromia of Ethiopia. Part of the Guji Zone, Uraga is bordered on the south by Odo Shakiso, on the west by the Borena Zone, on the north by the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples Region, and on the east by Bore. The largest town in Uraga is Solomo. Dama and Hambela Wamena woredas were separated from Uraga.
Bule Hora is one of the Aanaass in the Oromia of Ethiopia. It formerly included Dugda Dawa and Kercha districts. Part of the West Guji Zone, Bule Hora was bordered on the south by the Dawa River which separates it from Arero, on the southwest by Yabelo, on the west by the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples Region and Gelana Abaya, on the northeast by Uraga, and on the east by Odo Shakiso. The largest town of Bule Hora is Bule Hora Town.
Arero is one of the Aanaas in the Oromia of Ethiopia. Part of the Borena Zone, Arero is bordered on the southwest by Dire, on the west by Yabelo, on the north by Bule Hora, on the northeast by the Guji Zone, on the east by the Somali Region, and on the south by Moyale; the Dawa River, the only river in this woreda, separates Arero from Odo Shakiso and Liben. Towns in Arero include Meta Gefersa.
Liben is one of the woredas in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. Part of the Guji Zone, Liben is bordered on the south by the Dawa River which separates it from the Borena Zone, on the west by Odo Shakiso, on the northwest by Adolana Wadera, on the north by the Ganale Dorya River which separates it from the Bale Zone, and on the east by the Somali Region. The map of the Oromia Region published by Disaster Prevention and Disaster Agency shows that this woreda is part of the Guji Zone, and that the eastern part has been transferred to the Somali Region to create the Liben woreda of that region. The town of Negele Boran was separated from Liben woreda and is separate woreda now.
Moyale(Oromo: Moyyaalee) is one of the Districtss in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. It is named after the administrative center of the woreda, Moyale. Located in the southeast corner of the Borena Zone, Moyale is bordered on the south by Kenya, on the west by Dire, on the northwest by Arero, on the north by the Dawa River which separates it from Liben, and on the east by Dawa Zone Somali Region.
Abaya is a woreda in the Oromia Region, Ethiopia. It is part of former Gelana Abaya woreda what was divided for Abaya and Gelana woredas. Part of the Borena Zone, Gelana Abaya was bordered on the south by Hagere Mariam, and on the west, north and east by the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples Region (SNNPR). Lake Abaya, on the western border, is divided between this woreda and the SNNPR. However, the Guji Oromo who live in Nechisar National Park are claimed to be administratively part of this woreda, in a kebele called "Irgansaa".
Jibat is one of the woredas in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. It was part of Nono woreda. Part of the West Shewa Zone, Jibat is bordered on the south by the Nono, on the southeast by SouthWest Mirab Shewa Zone, on the east by Gurraacha Enchini, on the northeast by Toke Kutaye, on the west by Dano. The largest town is Shanan.
Miyu is one of the woredas in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. It was separated from Dire woreda. It is part of the Borena Zone. The administrative center of Miyu is Hidi Lola.
Dugda Dawa is one of the districts in the Oromia of Ethiopia. It was part of former Bule Hora woreda. It is part of the West Guji Zone.
Wadera is one of the woredas in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. It was part of former Adolana Wadera woreda. It is part of the Guji Zone. The largest town is Wadera.
Girja is one of the woredas in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. It was part of former Adolana Wadera woreda.
Dama is one of the woredas in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. It is part of the Guji Zone. It was previously part of Uraga woreda.
Hambela Wamena is one of the woredas in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. It is a part of the West Guji Zone and used to be a part of Uraga woreda.
Elfata is one of the woredas in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. It is part of the West Shewa Zone. It was part of Dendi woreda.
Midakegn is one of the woredas in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. It is part of the West Shewa Zone. It was part of Cheliya woreda. The woreda is bordered on the east by [[Naannawa Ambo]], on the south by Toke Kutaye, on the southwest and west by Cheliya, and on the north by Horo Guduru Welega Zone.
