Loodee Heexosaa is one of the aanaas in Oromia Regional State of Ethiopia. It is part of the Arsi Zone. It was separated from Heexosaa Aanaa. Huruta is the main town of Aanaa.
The 2007 national census reported a total population for this woreda of 107,133, of whom 53,522 were men and 53,611 were women; 15,298 or 14.28% of its population were urban dwellers. The majority of the inhabitants said they practised Ethiopian Orthodox Christianity, with 53.49% of the population reporting they observed this belief, while 45.22% of the population were Muslim, and 1.22% of the population were Protestant. Cheliya is one of the Aanaas in the Oromia of Ethiopia. Part of the West Shewa Zone, Cheliya is bordered on the south by Nono and Dano, on the southwest by the Gibe River which separates it from the Jimma Zone, on the west by Bako Tibe, on the northwest by the Guder River which separates it from the Horo Gudru Welega Zone, on the north by Ginde Beret, on the northeast by Jeldu, on the east by Ambo, and on the southeast by Tikur. The administrative center of this Aanaa is Gedo; other towns in Cheliya include Babiche, Ejaji, and Hamus Gebeya. Midakegn woreda was separated form Cheliya.
Dendi is a woreda in Oromia Region, Ethiopia. Part of the West Shewa Zone, Dendi is bordered on the south by the Southwest Shewa Zone, on the west by Naannawa Ambo, on the north by Jeldu, and on the east by Ejerie. The administrative center of this woreda is Ginchi; other towns in Dendi include Olonkomi. Elfata Aanaa was separated from Dendi.
Kersana Malima or Kersa and Malima, is a Aanaa in Oromia, Ethiopia. Part of the Southwest Shewa Zone, Kersana Mailma is bordered on the south by the Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples Region, on the west by Kokir, on the northwest by Tole, on the northeast by Sebeta Hawas, and on the east by the East Shewa Zone; the Awash defines the boundary between this woreda and Alem Gena and the Misraq Shewa Zone. The major town in Kersana Malima is Leman. Sodo Dacha woreda was separated from Kersana Malima.
Waliso is one of the woredas in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. It was part of former Walisona Goro Aanaa what was separated for Goro (Aanaa) and Waliso Aanaa and Waliso Town. Part of the Southwest Shewa Zone, it was bordered on the south by the Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples Region, on the west by Amaya, on the northwest by Wonchi, on the north by Dawo, on the northeast by Becho and on the east by Saden Soddo. Towns in Waliso include Waliso and Dilala.
Haru is one of the 180 Aanaas in Oromia Region of Ethiopia. Part of the West Welega Zone, Haru is bordered on the south by Nole Kaba, on the southwest by Dale Lalo, on the west by Yubdo, on the north by Gimbi, on the east by an exclave of the Benishangul-Gumuz Region, and on the southeast by the Illubabor Zone. Towns in Haru include Guyi, Chonge and Guyi Abo.
Habro is one of the Aanaas in the Oromia of Ethiopia. It is named after the former Aanaa of the same name. Part of the West Hararghe Zone, the district is bordered on the south by Darolebu, on the west and north by Guba Koricha, on the northeast by Kuni, and on the southeast by Boke. Towns in Habro include Belbelti, Gelemso and Wachu.
Abichuna Gne'a is a woreda in Oromia Region, Ethiopia. This woreda is named in part for the Abichu Oromo. Part of the Arsi Zone, Hitosa is bordered on the south by Digeluna Tijo, on the southwest by Tiyo, on the west by Batu Dugda, on the northwest by the East Shewa Zone, on the northeast by Dodotana Sire, and on the east by Tena. The administrative center of the woreda is Iteya; other towns include Borujawi and Ligaba.
Seru is one of the Aanaas in the Oromia of Ethiopia. It is named after the Aanaa capital, Seru. Part of the Arsi Zone, Seru is bordered on the south and east by the Shebelle River which separates it from the Bale Zone, on the west by the Wabe River which separates it from Robe, on the north by Aminya, and on the northeast by the West Hararghe Zone. Woreda of Bale Gasegar was separated form Seru.
Robe is one of the Aanaas in the Oromia Regional State of Ethiopia. It is named after the Robe River, 80 kilometers of which flows through the woreda. Part of the Arsi Zone, Robe is bordered on the south by the Shebelle River which separates it from the Bale Zone, on the southwest by Sherka, on the west by Tena, on the north by Sude, on the northeast by Amigna, and on the east by Seru. The administrative center of the woreda is Robe; other towns in Robe include Habe and Sedika.
Sherka is one of the Aanaas in the Oromia Regional State of Ethiopia. Research by Ulrich Braukämper uncovered a local tradition that traced the origins of this woreda's name to an ancient Ethiopian province, Sharkha, which vanished as a political unit in the 16th century. Part of the Arsi Zone, Sirkaa is bordered on the south by the Shebelle River which separates it from the Bale Zone, on the southwest by Bekoji, on the west by Digeluna Tijo, on the north by Tena, and on the east by Robe. Gobesa is the administrative center; other towns include Gaadoo Gunaa.
Gedeb Hassasa is one of the Aanaas in the Oromia of Ethiopia. Part of the West Arsi Zone, Gedeb Hassasa is bordered on the south by the Dodola, on the west by Kofele, on the north west by Kore, and on the north and east by Bekoji. The administrative center of the woreda is Hassasa.

Badessa is a town and separate Aanaa in eastern Ethiopia. Located in the West Hararghe Zone of the Oromia Region, at the base of a spur of the Chercher Mountains 40 km south of the Addis Ababa - Djibouti Railway and 65 km east of Awash, this town has a latitude and longitude of 8°54′N40°47′E with an elevation of 1761 m above sea level.
