Hurley (formerly, Spring Creek Mill) [4] is a city in Stone County, Missouri, United States. The population was 176 at the 2020 census. [5] It is part of the Branson, Missouri Micropolitan Statistical Area.
A post office called Hurley has been in operation since 1898. [6] The name "Hurley" was assigned by postal officials. [7]
The community is in northern Stone County at the intersection of routes A and CC. Crane lies four miles to the southwest. [8]
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.45 square miles (1.17 km2), all land. [9]

There were 67 households, of which 38.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 56.7% were married couples living together, 6.0% had a female householder with no husband present, 7.5% had a male householder with no wife present, and 29.9% were non-families. 23.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.66 and the average family size was 3.19.
