Moose Jaw North is a provincial electoral district for the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, Canada. One of two provincial constituencies for the city of Moose Jaw, the riding contains the area of the city north of Caribou Street from 9th Avenue in the east to Thatcher Drive in the west.
The Saskatchewan Transportation Company (STC) was a Crown corporation in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan responsible for operating intercity bus routes in the province from 1946 to 2017. Created in 1946 by an Order in Council giving the company a mandate to provide service between major urban centres and to as much of the rural population as possible, STC was a wholly owned subsidiary of the Crown Investments Corporation of Saskatchewan.
Buttress was built in 1940 as the relief landing field for RCAF Station Moose Jaw and Royal Air Force's, No. 32 Service Flying Training School that was stationed there. These fields were used for practice circuits and also as an emergency alternate landing field.

Findlater is a special service area in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan within the Rural Municipality (RM) of Duffering No. 190 and Census Division No. 6. It is 75 km northwest of Regina, Saskatchewan's capital, on Highway 11, and 15 km from the Town of Chamberlain. The original settlers had been looking for the neighbouring community of Chamberlain but, due to fatigue amongst the tribesmen, decided to rest at the site. They quickly settled and developed basic living amenities despite promises from the tribe leaders that they would soon move on and "find the new village". This continued for several months as the settlement evolved – tribesmen receiving the same responses to questions of the new community; "We'll find it later", or simply, "findlater". After a year the community was a well established populous and the name "Findlater" had been adopted fondly as homage to the promised community that had brought them there. It is believed (inaccurately) by some that the name comes from Findlater Castle in Banffshire, Scotland.

Created as "Vonda" before the 2nd Saskatchewan general election in 1908, this constituency was redrawn and renamed "Watrous" in 1934.
The historic Moose Jaw Court House building ed in downtown Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada. It is a two-story building of steel, hydraulic-pressed brick and Bedford Stone, trimmed with Indiana Limestone. It is the oldest continuously functioning provincial courthouse in the province. It has been designated a National Historic Site of Canada and a Provincial Heritage Property.
Galilee is an unincorporated community in Terrell Rural Municipality No. 101, Saskatchewan, Canada. The community is located on Highway 36 about 50 km south of the city of Moose Jaw. Very little remains of the community other than an old general store and a private residence. It is thus regularly described as a ghost town by travellers.
