Mass Rapid Transit CorporationSdn Bhd (abbreviated as MRT Corp or MRTC) is a Malaysian state-owned company and a corporate body established under the Ministry of Finance (Incorporation) Act 1957. MRT Corp is fully owned by the Minister of Finance (Incorporated).

It was set up to be the developer and asset owner of the Mass Rapid Transit project in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, under the government's move to restructure the city's public transport system.

The company was established in September 2011 and took over the ownership of the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit Project (KVMRT) in October 2011 from Prasarana Malaysia Berhad.

MRT Corp’s responsibilities include monitoring and tracking of construction of all elevated structures, stations and depots of the mass rapid transit project. It also monitors the underground works which involves tunneling and construction of underground stations. It is also responsible for the contracts which they are involved in.

Once completed, this line would form the loop line of the Klang Valley Integrated Transit System. The director of this project is currently Tuan Haji Mohd Yusof Kasiron. The Mutiara LRT Line is a light rail transit (LRT) system under development in Penang. The 29.5 km (18.3 mi) line will connect George Town's city centre with its southern suburbs of Jelutong, Gelugor and Bayan Lepas, with a link towards Seberang Perai across the Penang Strait. The first domestic LRT line outside the Klang Valley, the Mutiara line is a component of the Penang Transport Master Plan (PTMP) and comprises 21 stations. Once completed, it will be owned by the Mass Rapid Transit Corporation. Construction of the line began in 2025 and will be completed by 2031.

The BRT Federal Line was a proposed bus rapid transit for Kuala Lumpur–Klang Corridors, and it has been identified in the KL BRT Report 2011 as one of the potential BRT Corridors in the Klang Valley region. The BRT project was planned to be operational by 2018, but is now shelved indefinitely. The government cited "redundancies with the LRT3 " as the reason for its decision to cancel the project.

The Klang Valley Integrated Transit System is an integrated transport network that primarily serves the area of Klang Valley and Greater Kuala Lumpur. The system commenced operations in August 1995 with the introduction of commuter rail service on the existing rail between Kuala Lumpur and Rawang.
