Nickelodeon Teen (formerly Nickelodeon 4Teen) is a French pay television channel owned by Paramount Networks EMEAA. It is the French equivalent of TeenNick, though with its French branding meeting domestic language policies, along with "Nick" sounding similar to a French profanity.

History

Nickelodeon 4Teen launched on 19 November 2014, targeting tweens and teenagers. [1] It changed its branding to Nickelodeon Teen on 26 August 2017.[ citation needed ]

<i>Monsters vs. Aliens</i> (TV series) American animated television series

Monsters vs. Aliens is an American animated television series based on the 2009 DreamWorks Animation film Monsters vs. Aliens. First announced in 2009, the series premiered on Nickelodeon on March 23, 2013, after the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, then began airing in its regular timeslot on April 6, 2013. A total of 26 episodes consisting of 50 segments were released, with the last episode airing on February 8, 2014. It was the third and final Nicktoon produced by DreamWorks Animation after Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness and The Penguins of Madagascar. Following this, the series was not renewed for a second season.

NickRewind was an American late night programming block that aired nightly over the channel space of TeenNick. The block showed reruns of mid-late 1980s, 1990s, and early-mid 2000s children's programming, mostly shows that aired on Nickelodeon during their original runs. Collectively under all of its various brands, TeenNick's overnight classic programming block ran from July 25, 2011 to January 31, 2022.

Nickelodeon is an Indian children's pay television network based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is the Indian equivalent to the original American network and is owned by Viacom18, a joint venture between Paramount Global and TV18. Despite using the "Nickelodeon" branding, it does not air any content from strategies in recent times as part of a localisation strategy and this original Nickelodeon content is only broadcast on the Nickelodeon HD+ channel. As of October 2020, Nickelodeon is the most watched children's channel in India.

The Nickelodeon Saturday programming block, known as Gotta See Saturdays from 2012 to 2013, Nick's New Saturday Night from 2014, Nick's Saturday Night from 2015 to 2017 and A Night of Premieres from 2018 to 2021 was the program block branding of Nickelodeon's Saturday morning and Saturday evening programming on the flagship channel in the United States. The morning block mainly features new premieres of Nicktoons programming, with the evening block consisting of the network's original live-action sitcoms. The branding launched on September 22, 2012, with season premieres of the respective series in both dayparts. The evening version of Gotta See Saturdays was a direct successor to the former Saturday night SNICK (1992–2005) and TEENick (2001–2009) blocks.

<i>Julius Jr.</i> Animated preschool television series

Julius Jr. is an animated children's television series based on the characters of the Paul Frank brand. Co-produced by American company Saban Brands and Canadian company BrainPower Studio, Julius Jr. aired on Family Channel and Family Jr. on May 12, 2015 in Canada and the Nick Jr. Channel in the United States. The series debuted on September 29, 2013, with the second season premiering on November 3, 2014. The show’s last episode aired on August 9, 2015, when the TV series was taken off the air. In 2019, all online content regarding the show was removed from the Nick Jr. website as well. The show features Elizabeth Daily as the voice of Julius.

The Nick Jr. Channel, sometimes shortened to Nick Jr., is an American pay television channel spun off from Nickelodeon's Nick Jr. programming block and owned and operated by the Nickelodeon Group, a sub-division of the Paramount Media Networks division of Paramount Global. Launched on September 28, 2009 in the channel space previously held by Noggin, the channel primarily targets preschoolers and toddlers ages 2 to 6 years old. Its lineup features a mix of original programming, along with series from the Nick Jr. block; to avoid confusion between the two different entities, the separate channel has been identified on-air as the "Nick Jr. Channel" since March 2018 to the present day for promos and until September 2023 for the on-screen graphic.

The channel launched on September 28, 2009, as the merger between two defunct programming blocks which also targeted a teenage audience: TEENick on Nickelodeon and The N on Noggin.
