Nickelodeon Croatia is a Croatian cable and digital satellite television network dedicated to kids. It was launched in December 2011. [1] The channel broadcasts 24 hours a day. All animated and live-action shows are dubbed into the Croatian language. Dubs are made by NET studio. The channel is served by the Pan-European feed. [2]

Croatian language South Slavic language

Croatian is the standardized variety of the Serbo-Croatian language used by Croats, principally in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Serbian province of Vojvodina, and other neighboring countries. It is the official and literary standard of Croatia and one of the official languages of the European Union. Croatian is also one of the official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina and a recognized minority language in Serbia and neighboring countries.

Nickelodeon is a European channel that launched in November 1998 in Malta as a 12/7 feed. On Christmas Eve 1998, Nickelodeon came to Romania airing 24/7 in Romanian. On October 6, 1999, this version started to air in Hungarian also. Later, Nickelodeon debuted in the Czech Republic on February 10, 2010, in Croatia on November 18, 2011, in Ukraine in March 2012, in Slovenia and Serbia on April 28, 2013 and in Bulgaria on November 4, 2013. Just recently, the channel got Estonian, Lithuanian, and Latvian audio tracks on October 16, 2017, although as of 10/16/2017, they are Russian.



The channel is completely dubbed into Croatian. The dubs are made by NET studio.

Big Time Rush is an American musical comedy television series that originally aired on Nickelodeon from November 28, 2009, until July 25, 2013. It was created by Scott Fellows. iCarly is an American teen sitcom created by Dan Schneider that ran on Nickelodeon from September 8, 2007 until November 23, 2012. The series stars Miranda Cosgrove, Jennette McCurdy, Nathan Kress and Jerry Trainor, and tells the story of Carly Shay, a teenager who creates her own web show called 'iCarly' with her best friends Sam Puckett and Freddie Benson, in the attic of her apartment loft with her older brother Spencer Shay. The web show quickly becomes an internet phenomenon and the trio must deal with their newfound fame, while also dealing with adolescence.

Winx Club is an Italian animated television series created by Iginio Straffi and co-produced by Rainbow SpA, Rai Fiction, and Nickelodeon. It is set in a magical universe that is inhabited by fairies, witches, and other mythical creatures. The show follows a fairy warrior named Bloom as she enrolls at Alfea College to train and hone her skills. The series is presented in a style that combines Japanese anime with Western animation. Common themes in Winx Club include romantic relationships and the transition to adulthood, which are juxtaposed with magical elements and action sequences.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is an American 3D rendered computer animated television series based on the fictional superhero team. It aired on Nickelodeon in the United States from September 29, 2012 to November 12, 2017. It was produced by Nickelodeon Animation Studio. Composer Sebastian Evans II provided the show's score.


<i>Avatar: The Last Airbender</i> animated television series

Avatar: The Last Airbender is an American animated television series that aired for three seasons on Nickelodeon. The series began airing in February 2005 and concluded in July 2008. Avatar: The Last Airbender is set in an Asiatic-like world in which some people can manipulate the classical elements with psychokinetic variants of the Chinese martial arts known as "bending". The series is presented in a style that combines anime with American cartoons and relies on the imagery of East/South Asian, Inuit, and New World societies. It follows the protagonists, 12-year-old Aang and his friends, who must bring peace and unity to the world by ending the Fire Lord's war with the rest of the world.

Dora the Explorer is an American educational animated TV series created by Chris Gifford, Valerie Walsh Valdes and Eric Weiner. Dora the Explorer became a regular series in 2000. The show is carried on the Nickelodeon cable television network, including the associated Nick Jr. channel. The show aired in reruns on "Nick on CBS" for 6 years from September 16, 2000, to September 9, 2006. A Spanish-dubbed version first aired as part of a Nick en español block on NBCUniversal-owned Telemundo through September 2006; since April 2008, this version of the program has been carried on Univision as part of the Planeta U block.

Nick & You is a 2-hour children's block that airs on the Vietnamese TV channel, You TV. The block first launched on September 15, 2016. The channel features TV shows from the children's TV channel, Nickelodeon, and all of its programs are dubbed into Vietnamese.

Nicktoons Africa is a satellite television, 24-hour children's channel launched on September 30, 2014 owned by Nickelodeon Africa & unit of Viacom's African Department. Targeted to children & "animation lovers". The channel broadcasts original animated series from sister network Nickelodeon, known as Nicktoons along with other original animated series. It replaced the discontinued Kidsco.
