Paramount Media Networks is an American mass media division of Paramount Global that oversees the operations of many of its television channels and online brands. Its related international division is Paramount International Networks.

MTV Philippines was a 24-hour music/entertainment television network owned by All Youth Channels, Inc., through a partnership with MTV Networks Asia Pacific. The network originally started its broadcast on January 1, 2001. Two other MTV-branded networks carrying domestic its final broadcast on March 20, 2011, content have since struggled to stay on the air through the 2010s, neither lasting more than four years.
Bubble Hits was an Irish-owned digital television music channel owned by Creative Sounds. It broadcast two channels, one for Ireland, and a Pan-European feed which covered the United Kingdom, Hungary, Romania, Poland and Germany. On 13 February 2009, Bubble Hits went off air and was removed from most of TV EPGs. The websites, including the official one and social networking versions on MySpace and Bebo l, were also removed. The closure of the channel was due to the current downturn in advertising revenue.
MTV Adria was a localized version of the music and entertainment channel MTV Europe, customized for the Balkan countries that used to be constituent parts of Yugoslavia. It served the following countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia.

The division oversees the production, broadcasting and promotion of key Paramount brands outside of the United States. These brands include Paramount Network, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, BET and Colors TV, as well as CBS-branded channels, which are co-owned with AMC Networks International. PIN also owns a 30% stake in the Rainbow S.p.A. animation studio in Italy until 2023, as well as a 49% stake in an Indian joint venture with domestic partner TV18, Viacom18.

MTV Czech Republic was a 24-hour music and entertainment television channel that served the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The channel was launched on 29 November 2009 under a licensing agreement between MTV Networks Europe, a subsidiary of MTV Networks and CME, the owner of TV Nova.
MTV Lithuania & Latvia was a twenty-four-hour music and entertainment channel operated by MTV Networks Europe. The channel was originally formed in September 2006 at Lithuania, at January 2009 it got re-formed to double channel including both Lithuania and Latvia and targeted audiences in Lithuania and Latvia.
MTV Nordic was a pan-European cable television network launched on 5 June 1998. A 24-hour English-language network aimed at viewers in the Nordic countries and other European territories. Between 1998 and 2006 MTV Nordic served the majority of European territories under the branding MTV Europe & Nordic. The majority of programming was hosted by presenters from the Nordic countries, mainly Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Additional veejays came from Israel, United States, Ireland and the United Kingdom. The channel gradually began to localize in May 2005 with the launch of MTV Denmark and in September 2005 the launch of MTV Sweden, MTV Norway and MTV Finland, which resulted in the MTV Nordic ceasing as a brand.
Viva was a British free-to-air music television channel owned by Viacom International Media Networks Europe. The channel launched on 26 October 2009, replacing TMF, and ceased broadcasting on 31 January 2018.
