Normandy Manor is an unincorporated community in New Castle County, Delaware, United States. [1] Normandy Manor is located northeast of the intersection of Shipley Road and Baynard Boulevard to the northeast of Wilmington. It was established in 1946 [2] by developers Norman L. and Beatrice E. Sharp.
