The discography of the Japanese rock band One Ok Rock consists of ten studio albums, two EPs, and thirty-one singles. One Ok Rock was formed in Tokyo, Japan in 2005, consists of Takahiro Moriuchi (vocals), Toru Yamashita (guitar/leader), Ryota Kohama (bass) Alex,(formerly) on guitar, and Tomoya Kanki (drums). One Ok Rock have sold more than 3 million records worldwide.[ citation needed ]
Their 2012 single "The Beginning" is the most popular song by the band, having reached more than 190 million views on their YouTube channel, further skyrocketing One Ok Rock's popularity. The song was chosen as the theme song for the live action movie adaptation of Rurouni Kenshin . It peaked at number 2 on the Billboard Japan Hot 100 and stayed for 45 weeks [1] and also charted at number 5 on the Oricon charts. [2] Later in 2013, "The Beginning" won "Best Rock Video" and "Best Video from a Film" from the MTV Video Music Awards Japan 2013 and "Best Your Choice" in Space Shower Music Video Awards.
Their seventh studio album, 35xxxv , became their first album which charted on US Billboard. It peaked at number 11 on Billboard Heatseekers Albums. [3] This chart is for new and upcoming musicians, which is usually a stepping stone towards Billboard 200 or Billboard Hot 100. On the same week, it charted at number 43 on Billboard Independent Albums. [4] Then it peaked at number 23 on the Billboard Hard Rock Albums Chart [5] and reached number 1 on the Billboard World Albums chart. [6]
In 2017, their eighth album, Ambitions , debuted at number 106 on the US Billboard 200. [7] It became One Ok Rock's first studio album to debut at the Billboard 200. It also charted at number 2 on the Billboard Top Hard Rock Albums, [8] peaked at #9 on the Billboard Top Alternative Albums [9] and reached number 12 on the Billboard Top Rock Albums. [10]

My First Story (マイ・ファースト・ストーリー、マイファス、MFS) is a Japanese rock band from Shibuya, Tokyo. Formed in 2011, the band currently consists of vocalist Hiroki Moriuchi, guitarist Teruki Nishizawa, bassist Nobuaki Katō, and drummer Shōhei Sasaki. Their debut album My First Story (2012) caught people's attention and put them in lineups of major music festivals. Their fourth studio album Antithese (2016) ranked 4th on Oricon chart, and directed their first Nippon Budokan live show, gathering 12,000.

It was written by Sakamoto and composed by Yoshiki Mizuno of the band Ikimono-gakari. "Clear" is the opening theme to the NHK anime Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card, the sequel to Cardcaptor Sakura, for which Sakamoto's "Platinum" served as opening theme for the third season close to twenty years prior. NiziU is a Japanese girl group formed by JYP Entertainment and Sony Music Entertainment Japan through the reality-survival program Nizi Project (2020). Hoshimachi Suisei (星街すいせい) is a Japanese singer and virtual YouTuber. She began posting videos as an independent creator in March 2018. In May 2019, she became affiliated with Hololive Production through their newly created music label, INoNaKa Music, before joining the agency's main branch later the same year. Her YouTube activity consists primarily of live streaming herself singing karaoke, playing video games, talking to her fans, or collaborating with other talents. She is particularly well known among fans for her skill at Tetris and her singing ability. As of March 2024, she has 2.11 million subscribers and 731 million views on YouTube.
Mayu Maeshima is a Japanese singer from Tokyo who is affiliated with Newcome. Beginning her music activities as an independent recording artist, she was the lead vocalist of the pop rock band MYTH & ROID from 2015 to 2017. After leaving MYTH & ROID, she resumed activities as a solo artist, making her major debut in 2019. Her music has been featured in anime series such as Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World, Full Dive, Overlord and Uncle from Another World.
