Phullu Qiri (Aymara phullu mantilla, qiri scale, [2] [3] also spelled Follo Kheri) is a 5,058-metre-high (16,594 ft) mountain in the Andes of Bolivia. It is located in the Oruro Department, Challapata Province, Challapata Municipality. Phullu Qiri lies southeast of Chullpa Chullpani. The Qala Jawira ("stone river") originates southwest of the mountain. It flows to the Crucero River. [1] [4]

It lies next to the mountain Wila Qullu, northwest of it, which reaches the same height.

Wila Qullu is a mountain in the Andes in Bolivia, about 5,060 metres (16,601 ft) high. It is situated in the Oruro Department, Challapata Province, Challapata Municipality, Challapata Canton. Wila Qullu lies south-east of the mountains Thuru and Wawachani and north-west of Wichhu Qullu. It is situated north of Chunkara Lake.

Jaqhi Qala lies southwest of Phullu Qiri, northwest of Sirk'i and south of Chumpiri. The Jach'a Qala River originates at the mountain. It flows to the south.
