Pupina is a genus of land snails with an operculum, terrestrial gastropod molluscs in the subfamily Pupillinae of the family Pupinidae. [1]
According to the Australian Faunal Directory, this genus is a synonym of Signepupina Iredale, 1937 [2]
Species in the genus Pupina include:
Sitala is a genus of air-breathing land snails, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusks in the subfamily Durgellinae of the family Helicarionidae.
Aegista is a genus of air-breathing land snails, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusks in the family Camaenidae.
Dicharax is a genus of air-breathing land snails, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusks in the family Alycaeidae.
Diplommatina is a genus of land snails with an operculum, terrestrial gastropod mollusks in the family Diplommatinidae.
Georissa is a genus of minute land snails, terrestrial gastropod mollusks in the family Hydrocenidae. Although the species are best known for living on the surface of limestone rocks, they are often also found in and on the vegetation and on non-calcareous rocks. One species, Georissa filiasaulae, is cavernicolous. It is only known from two caves in the Sepulut area of Sabah, Malaysian Borneo, where its above-ground sister species, Georissa saulae, inhabits the rocks outside of the cave, and is connected to the cave snail via narrow zones of hybridization at the cave entrances. Possibly, G. filiasaulae has evolved without ever having been fully separated from its ancestor, a process known as speciation-with-gene-flow.
Kaliella is a genus of air-breathing land snails or semi-slugs, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusks in the family Chronidae.
Palaina is a genus of minute land snails with opercula, terrestrial gastropod mollusks or micromollusks in the family Diplommatinidae.
Pupisoma is a genus of minute, air-breathing land snails, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod molluscs or micromollusks in the family Valloniidae.
Cyclophorus is a genus of operculate land snails, terrestrial gastropod mollusks in the family Cyclophoridae.
Sinoennea is a genus of air-breathing land snails, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusks in the family Diapheridae.
Streptaxis is a genus of air-breathing land snails, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusks in the family Streptaxidae.
Lagocheilus is a genus of gastropods in the family Cyclophoridae.
Plectostoma is a genus of air-breathing land snails in the family Diplommatinidae.
Ganesella is a genus of air-breathing land snails, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusks in the subfamily Camaeninae of the family Camaenidae.
Pterocyclos is a genus of tropical land snails in the subfamily Cyclophorinae of the family Cyclophoridae.
Megaustenia is a genus of air-breathing land snails, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusks in the subfamily Ariophantinae of the family Ariophantidae.
Microcystina is a large genus of air-breathing land snails, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusks in the subfamily Macrochlamydinae of the family Ariophantidae.
Oospira is a genus of terrestrial gastropods belonging to the subfamily Phaedusinae of the family Clausiliidae.
