The World Taekwondo Junior Championships is a worldwide biennial championship organized for juniors age category by World Taekwondo, first held in 1996 in Barcelona. The event is contested every two years. [1] [2] [3]

The European Taekwondo Championships are the European senior championships in Taekwondo, first held in Barcelona in 1976. The event is held every two years and is organized by the European Taekwondo Union, the continental affiliate of World Taekwondo, which organises and controls Olympic style taekwondo. An additional event, the G4 Extra European Taekwondo Championships were exceptionally held in 2019.

Turkey Taekwondo Federation is the governing body of Taekwondo sport in Turkey. Originally, it was formed in 1968 within the Turkey Judo Federation, where it maintained its activities thirteen years long. In 1981, it was disconnected from the Judo Federation and became a separate organization under the governmental Directorate General of Youth and Sports. Pan American Taekwondo Championships or simply Pan Am Taekwondo Championships are the American taekwondo senior championships, first held in 1978 in Mexico City. The event is held every two years by the Pan American Taekwondo Union and it's considered by the World Taekwondo as the continental tournament and a Grade 4 tournament for the world and olympic rankings.

Mohammad Ali Khosravi is an Iranian taekwondoka. He began taekwondo in 2010 under the supervision of Mehdi Mohammadzadeh, then in 2013 he became a member of the Iran national taekwondo team. Mohammad Ali Khosravi achieved the gold medal of the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics Games in Buenos Aires.

The European Taekwondo Championships in Olympic Weight Categories are the European championships in Taekwondo in olympic weight categories, first held in Nalchik in 2015. The event is held annually and is organized by the European Taekwondo Union, the continental affiliate of World Taekwondo. This event is ranked as a G-1 tournament while the main European Championships are ranked as a G-4 tournament.

Michal Zrihen is an Israeli-Portuguese taekwondo athlete. She also acquired Portuguese citizenship in 2022, on account of her Sephardi Jewish ancestors, emigrating from Israel in 2021 in order to reside and train in Spain.

Park Tae-joon is a South Korean taekwondo athlete. He won a gold medal in his World Taekwondo Championships debut in the 2023 World Taekwondo Championships held in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Mahsa Jeddi is an Iranian Taekwondo athlete. She won the gold medal in the women's individual Kyorugi (sparring) at the 2015 Asian Games and earned a spot in the Youth Olympic Games by winning a silver medal in the 2014 Olympic selection games.
