Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is an Android phablet manufactured by Xiaomi. It is the successor to the Xiaomi Mi Max.

It is powered by a 5300mAh Lithium-ion polymer battery and comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor with 2.0 GHz A53 chipset. Mi Max 2 ships with a variation of Xiaomi's custom ROM based on Google's Android operating system—MIUI 8.0, which can be upgraded to MIUI 9.

MI User Interface, abbreviated MIUI, is a stock and aftermarket firmware for smartphones and tablet computers developed by Chinese electronics manufacturer Xiaomi. The firmware is based on Google's Android operating system. MIUI includes various features such as theme support.

Its successor, the Mi Max 3, was released in July 2018.
