History
Arvingarna was founded in 1989, following the members earlier having played heavy metal, without any major successes. [2] The band's name ("The heirs") refers to the group member's parents, who also were active in dansbands. Arvingarna plays a form of dansband music that is it inspired by pop music and rock music, and has also being described as a boyband. [3]
The band has competed in the Swedish Melodifestivalen in 1993, 1995, 1999, 2002, 2019 and 2021.
In 2019 they participated in Melodifestivalen 2019 with the song "I Do", where they placed 7th in the final scoring 64 points. [4] The band returned two years later and participated in Melodifestivalen 2021 with the song "Tänker inte alls gå hem" taking part in the first heat on 6 February 2021 where they qualified directly for the finale. [5] [6] The finale was held on 13 March 2021 at the Annexet in Stockholm. Arvingarna finished 9th in the final with a total of 44 points.
Petter Alexis Askergren, who simply uses his given name Petter as a stage name, is a Swedish rapper from Stockholm, Sweden, rapping in Swedish. He debuted in 1998 with the album Mitt sjätte sinne, which became a success and started the Swedish hip hop boom in the late 1990s and early 2000s. He owns a record company called Bananrepubliken. He also studied art history at Uppsala University for some time. He has also worked with the famous Norwegian rap producer Tommy Tee several times in his career. Petter also frequently works with Swedish disk jockey Patrik Elofsson who goes by the stage name DJ Sleepy.

Samir & Viktor or Samir och Viktor is a Swedish music duo that consists of Paradise Hotel contestant Samir Badran and fashion blogger Viktor Frisk. They competed a third time in Melodifestivalen 2018 with "Shuffla", finishing in 4th place in the grand final. Her debut single "Tills mitt hjärta går under" peaked at number six on the Swedish singles chart and has been streamed 11 million times. In 2019, she signed with Sony Music. On 14 February, 2020, Granberg released the single "Äru min nu" and it peaked at number four on the Swedish Heatseekers Chart. On 15 May 2020, she released the single "Salt i såren", featuring Malin Christin. She is also known as Lvly, a name that she uses on Epidemic Sound for pop and electronic music in English.

In 2020, he had a leading role in the movie Rymdresan opposite Robert Gustafsson. In 2021, he performed his music at Lotta på Liseberg, which is broadcast on TV4. Theoz participated in Melodifestivalen 2022 with the song "Som du vill", which finished 7th, and in Melodifestivalen 2023 with "Mer av dig", which finished 5th.
