China National Highway 580 will run from Aksu in Xinjiang to Kangxiwar, also in Xinjiang. As of 2021 the route is still partially under construction [1] and scheduled to be completed in 2022. [2] The route will traverse the Hindutash through a tunnel. [3]

Hotan County County in Xinjiang, Peoples Republic of China

Hotan County is a county in the southwest of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and is under the administration of the Hotan Prefecture. Almost all the residents of the county are Uyghurs and live around oases situated between the desolate Taklamakan Desert and Kunlun Mountains. Hotan County is the southernmost county-level division of Xinjiang. The county borders Karakax/Moyu County to the northwest, Hotan City and Lop County to the northeast, Qira County to the east, Pishan County to the west, and Rutog County, Tibet to the southeast. Hotan County administers most of Aksai Chin, an area disputed between China and India. The Line of Actual Control divides the India-controlled part of Ladakh union territory from the Aksai Chin area administered as part of southwest Hotan County.

Hindutash

Hindutash, also known as Hindu-tagh Pass, is a historical mountain pass in the western Xinjiang, China. The pass cuts through the Kunlun Mountains connecting the now-deserted town of Kangxiwar in the Karakash River valley to the town of Pusha in the Yurungkash River valley. It also connects to the road to the city of Hotan.

Kangxiwar is the location of a deserted town on the southwest side of the Kunlun Mountains. It is on the Karakash River in the western Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China. According to Chinese sources, Kangxiwar means "place with mine" in Uyghur.

Kashgar–Hotan railway railway in Xinjiang, China

The Kashgar–Hotan railway or Kahe railway, is a single-track, non-electrified, railway in Xinjiang, China between Kashgar and Hotan. The railway is 488.27 km (303.40 mi) in length and runs along the southern edge of the Taklamakan Desert, connecting all major cities and towns of the Southwestern Tarim Basin, including Shule, Akto, Yengisar, Yarkant (Shache), Poskam (Zepu), Karghilik (Yecheng), Pishan (Guma) and Karakax (Moyu). The line extends the Southern Xinjiang Railway east from Kashgar. Construction began in December 2008. The line opened to freight traffic on December 30, 2010. Passenger service began on June 28, 2011. In Hotan it continues as the Hotan–Ruoqiang railway.

Daxing Airport Express

Daxing Airport Express of the Beijing Subway is an airport rail link from Caoqiao to the Beijing Daxing International Airport. It is colored blue on subway maps. The line opened on September 26, 2019.

Harbin–Mudanjiang intercity railway is a high-speed railway in Heilongjiang Province, China, between the cities Harbin and Mudanjiang. It is a Passenger Dedicated Line (PDL), with a design speed of 250 km/h and a total length 293.2 km. Starting in Harbin, it leads east to Acheng, into mountains at Maoershan, to Shangzhi, again through the mountains to the southeast, Weihe, Yabuli, Hengdaohezi, Hailin and on to the end at Mudanjiang station. Future proposals for this line could see it extended across the border into Russia and the Russian port city of Vladivostok.

Lanzhou–Xinjiang high-speed railway

The Lanzhou–Xinjiang high-speed railway, also known as Lanzhou–Xinjiang Passenger Railway or Lanxin Second Railway, is a high-speed railroad in Northwestern China from Lanzhou in Gansu Province to Ürümqi in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. It forms part of what China designates the Eurasia Continental Bridge corridor, a domestic high-speed railway corridor running from its city of Lianyungang to the Kazakh border.

China Railway No.2 Group Co., Ltd. and China Railway Erju Engineering Co., Ltd. were two closely connected companies. They are formerly parent-subsidiary via China Railway Erju Co., Ltd. (CREC). The group is a Chinese construction company based in Chengdu.

The Suifenhe–Manzhouli corridor is a high-speed rail corridor located in the northeast of China running from Suifenhe in Heilongjiang to Manzhouli in Inner Mongolia. Announced as part of the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network, the passage passes through Harbin and Qiqihar.

The Eurasia Continental Bridge corridor is a high-speed rail corridor connecting Lianyungang, a port in northern Jiangsu province, to Ürümqi, the regional capital of Xinjiang. The corridor passes through the cities of Xuzhou (Jiangsu), Zhengzhou (Henan), Xi'an (Shaanxi), Lanzhou (Gansu), and Xining (Qinghai) en route. Announced in 2016 as part of the "eight verticals and eight horizontals" railway network plan, the rail corridor is an extension of the existing Xuzhou–Lanzhou high-speed railway.

Loop line (Chongqing Rail Transit)

Loop line of CRT is a rapid transit loop line. The northeastern section was opened on December 28, 2018. The southern section with the Egongyan Rail Transit Bridge opened on December 30, 2019. The remaining section opened on January 20, 2021. It runs through two important railway stations, Chongqing North Railway Station, and Chongqing West Railway Station.

China National Highway 338

China National Highway 338 will run from Haixing to Tianjun. It is one of the new trunk highways proposed in the China National Highway Network Planning.

China National Highway 341

China National Highway 341 will run from Jiaonan in Shandong to Haiyan in Qinghai. It is one of the new trunk highways proposed in the China National Highway Network Planning.

G0612 Xining-Hotan Expressway is a partially completed expressway in that connects Xining, the capital of Qinghai, with Hotan, Xinjiang.

The Chongqing–Xi'an high speed railway is a high speed line in China. It is 653 kilometres (406 mi) long and has a design speed of 350 kilometres per hour (220 mph). It will be part of the Baotou (Yinchuan)–Hainan corridor.

G4218 Yaan–Kargilik Expressway

The Ya'an-Yecheng Expressway, commonly referred to as the Yaye Expressway is an expressway that will traverse the entirety of Tibet and link Ya'an in Sichuan to Yecheng in Xinjiang.

China National Highway 568

China National Highway 568 runs from Lanzhou to Luqu via Linxia and Xiahe. It is one of the new trunk highways proposed in the China National Highway Network Planning.
