The District 6 Schoolhouse is an historic school building located at 347 Willett Avenue in East Providence, Rhode Island. It is a single-story wood frame structure, with a pair of entry doors and a low-pitch gable roof. The interior has been extensively altered to meet its modern usage as a meeting space. The school was built between 1864 and 1874, and is the oldest surviving school building in the city. [2]

Central Street School

The Central Street School is an historic school building located at 379 Central Street in Central Falls, Rhode Island. This ​2 12-story wood-frame building was built by the city in 1881 to meet burgeoning demand for education brought about by the success of the local mills. The building is cruciform in shape, with Italianated hooded entrances at opposited ends of the east–west axis of the building. Each floor houses two classrooms.

Grove Street Elementary School

The Grove Street Elementary School is an historic school at 312 Grove Street in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. The two-story brick Stick/Eastlake style school was designed by E.L. Angell of Providence and built in 1876. In c. 1885 it was enlarged by adding a matching addition to its rear, joined by a small hyphen. This addition is more Queen Anne in its styling.

Hope Street School

The Hope Street School is an historic school building at 40 Hope Street in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. The ​2 12-story brick school building was designed by Willard Kent and built in 1899 by Norton & Kennedy. Its western entrance has a wooden portico supported by Doric columns; a similar portico on its eastern entrance was removed. The building was used as a public school until 1978.

Oddfellows Hall (East Providence, Rhode Island) building in Rhode Island, United States

The Oddfellows' Hall is an historic fraternal society building on Warren Avenue in East Providence, Rhode Island. The 2½-story wood frame structure was designed by the Providence firm Gould & Angell, and was built in 1889. It is a rare surviving element of Watchemoket Square, a significant community center in East Providence in the late 19th century, which was significantly harmed by the construction of I-195 through the heart of the square. It is also a high-quality example of Shingle style architecture.

America Street School

The America Street School was an historic school at 22 America Street in Providence, Rhode Island. The school was a two-story brick structure, built in 1905 to a design by Frederick E. Field. It housed ten classrooms, and was one of four similarly-sized schools built by the city between 1887 and 1916. The building served the city as a school until 1955, and was used for a time thereafter as a meeting place for a local branch of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Covell Street School

The Covell Street School is an historic school building at 231 Amherst Street in Providence, Rhode Island. It is a two-story wood frame structure built in a typically elaborate Queen Anne style. Although it is basically rectangular in plan, its roofline and exterior are busy, with a complicated group of cross gables, hip-roof sections, with projecting and recessed sections. A three-story square tower rises from the center of the main facade. Built in 1885 and opened in 1886, it is one of Providence's last surviving 19th-century neighborhood school buildings. It was designed by the local firm of William R. Walker & Son, designers of many Rhode Island civic buildings. The builders were John L. Sprague & Company.

Thomas F. Hoppin House

The Thomas F. Hoppin House is a historic house at 383 Benefit Street in the College Hill neighborhood of Providence, Rhode Island. The house was built c. 1853 to a design by Alpheus C. Morse, and is an elaborate local example of an Italianate palazzo-style residence. The Hoppins were well known for the social gatherings, and their house became known as the "house of a thousand candles".

Providence Jewelry Manufacturing Historic District

The Providence Jewelry Manufacturing Historic District is a predominantly industrial historic district in Providence, Rhode Island. It covers a roughly 19-acre (7.7 ha) area just south of Downtown Providence, and was originally bounded by Interstate 195 prior to a realignment in the 2000s which reconnected the two areas. Although the area began as a residential area, and still has some houses in it, it developed in the late 19th and early 20th centuries as a center of Providence's jewelry manufacturing businesses. The oldest industrial building in the district is the 1848 Elm Street Machine Shop, a ​2 12-story stone structure that now houses offices of Brown University.

Rhode Island Hospital Trust Building

The Rhode Island Hospital Trust Building is an historic commercial building at 15 Westminster Street in downtown Providence, Rhode Island, United States. It is an eleven-story steel-frame building, faced mostly in limestone, with marble at the lowest level. It was designed by the New York City firm of York & Sawyer and built in 1917–1919. The Rhode Island Hospital Trust is a banking institution founded in 1867 to manage the financial affairs of Rhode Island Hospital, founded in 1863. Over time it grew to become a significant local commercial bank, and was acquired by Bank of Boston in 1985. The building is now owned by the Rhode Island School of Design, housing its Fleet Library among other facilities.

The Sludge Press House, Fields Point Sewage Treatment Plant was an historic wastewater treatment facility building at Ernest Street at Fields Point, Rhode Island in Providence, Rhode Island. It was a two-story brick structure, located near the center of the Field's Point facility, just east of the Chemical Building. It was about 138 by 51 feet in size, with a hip roof, and was built 1899-1901 as part of Providence's first wastewater treatment system. It house the facilities used at the end of the treatment process by which remaining solids were dewatered and compressed before final disposal.

Westminster Street Historic District

Westminster Street Historic District is a commercial historic district consisting of six buildings along the north side of Westminster Street in Providence, Rhode Island, a short way west of Interstate 95. Three of the buildings are located just west of Dean Street, while the other three are just to its east. Five of the six buildings were constructed between 1870 and 1900, and the sixth in 1933. These five, the most prominent of which is the Burrows Block are uniformly built of brick and masonry, while the Chiapinelli Block, at the eastern end of the district, is an Art Deco office building with a concrete main facade and brick sidewalls.
