Gunadarma University, or commonly called (UG, Gundar), is one of the private university in Indonesia. The main campus is in Depok City, West Java.
On August 7, 1981, the Computer Science Education Program (PPIK) was established in Jakarta which three years later changed to the Gunadarma School of Informatics and Computer Management (STMIK). Six years later, on January 13, 1990, to be precise, the Gunadarma College of Economics (STIE Gunadarma) was founded. [1]
In 1993, STMIK and STIE opened a master's program with a concentration in information systems management for STMIK and a master's in management for STIE. Furthermore, through S.K. Director General of Higher Education No.92/Kep/Dikti/1996 dated 3 April 1996, STMIK and STIE Gunadarma merged to become Gunadarma University together with four new faculties, namely the faculty of industrial technology, faculty of civil engineering and planning, faculty of psychology, and faculty of letters. [1] Opening the new millennium, Gunadarma University opened a doctoral program in economics based on the permission of the director general of the Higher Education Ministry of Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 55/DIKTI/2000 which was followed by the opening of the information technology doctoral program based on the permission of the director general of Higher Education Ministry of Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3716/P/T/2002. Gunarma University has been accredited A and is ranked number 17 in Indonesia's Webometrics version in 2022. [2]

The University of Indonesia is a public university in Depok, West Java and Salemba, Jakarta, Indonesia. It is one of the oldest tertiary-level educational institutions in Indonesia, and is generally considered one of the most prestigious universities in Indonesia, along with the Gadjah Mada University and Bandung Institute of Technology. In the 2024 QS World Universities Ranking, UI is ranked 1st in Indonesia, 49th in Asia and 237th in the world.
Depok is a landlocked city in West Java province. It is located directly south of Jakarta within the Jakarta Metropolitan Area in Indonesia. It has an area of 199.91 km2. It had a population of 1,738,600 at the 2010 census and 2,056,400 at the 2020 census; the official estimate as at mid 2022 was 2,123,349, resulting in a density of 10,621.5 people per km2. Depok was declared as a separate city on 20 April 1999, having previously been part of Bogor Regency. It constitutes the second most populous suburban city in Indonesia, and the tenth most populous suburban city globally.

North Jakarta is one of the five administrative cities which form Special Capital Region of Jakarta, Indonesia. Trisakti University is Indonesia's largest private university located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Trisakti University, is the only private university in Indonesia which was established by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. Founded on 29 November 1965, the university has more than 20,000 active students and has produced more than 100,000 alumni. Trisakti University currently employs 742 tenured faculty members (82%) and 160 part-time lecturers (18%).

Sekolah HighScope Indonesia is a national-plus school based in Jakarta, Indonesia, established in 1996. The director is Antarina S.F. Amir. The school is based on the HighScope Research Foundation Development curriculum, of which the institute itself is located in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Sekolah HighScope Indonesia's first location is in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta. At first, the school only included the early childhood program, and during its first days of operation, HighScope Indonesia only had 8 students. A second campus is located on the Aston Jakarta hotel, located somewhere in Kuningan, South Jakarta. A third campus, now closed, had previously occupied a house that was only a walk away from Pondok Indah Mall. In 2000, HighScope Indonesia opened the Elementary program, which was previously located in a house in Cilandak, South Jakarta. They started with only one classroom, which doubled to three classrooms prior to moving to a new campus in Jl. TB Simatupang, West Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta, in June 2002. In 2005, the Middle School program was opened, allowing 5th grade students to promote to 6th grade, without even having to leave the school. The latest was the High School program, located on the 5th floor on the second building of the campus.

Cakung River is a river in the Bekasi, West Java and eastern part of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta, Indonesia. The lower portions of the original river have been channelized and directed into the eastern flood canal, "Banjir Kanal Timur", which continues to flow to the Java Sea in the district of Marunda, Cilincing, North Jakarta. The river regularly causes flooding in the city of Bekasi and Jakarta.
