The Harrison County Courthouse in Cynthiana, Kentucky is a Greek Revival-style courthouse building built in 1851. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. [2]

Located at 100 Main Street, it was built and was perhaps designed by John Huddleston. [3]

It is a contributing building in the 1982 NRHP-listed Cynthiana Commercial District.

The building features a central tower on the front façade above the main entrance and a coursed limestone foundation from an earlier courthouse which burned. It also has a mansard roof covered with shingles. The annex was built in 1963.

The Sioux County Courthouse, located at the northeast corner of Main and 3rd Streets in Harrison, is the center of government of Sioux County, Nebraska. The courthouse was built in 1930 to replace the county's first courthouse, an 1888 building that had fallen into poor condition. Architect E.L. Goldsmith of Scottsbluff designed the courthouse in the County Citadel style, a Classical Revival-influenced design used in six Nebraska courthouses. The courthouse's design features six fluted pilasters on the front facade and a central entrance with a round arch. The front side of the building also includes a lintel above the doorway, moldings with decorative capitals around the entrance, and a cornice with the inscription "Sioux County Court House".

The Cameron County Courthouse is a historic building located at 1150 East Madison Street in Brownsville, Cameron County, Texas. It was designed by architect Atlee B. Ayres in the Classical Revival style of architecture. Built between 1912 and 1914 by Gross Construction Company as the second court house of Cameron County, it served as such until 1914 when the 1979 courthouse was completed in the 900 block of East Harrison Street. Its relatively plain exterior belies the grandeur of the art glass dome above its central rotunda. On September 27, 1980, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places. Between 1994 and 2006, the building was completely renovated at a cost of over $17 million. It was rededicated on October 17, 2006. Sometimes called the Dancy Building in honor of County Judge Oscar Cromwell Dancy, who championed its construction in 1912, it now houses the Cameron County Court at Law No. 1 as well as county offices.

The Boone County Courthouse is a historic courthouse in Harrison, Arkansas. It is a two-story brick structure, designed by noted Arkansas architect Charles L. Thompson and built in 1907. It is Georgian Revival in style, with a hip roof above a course of dentil molding, and bands of cast stone that mark the floor levels of the building. It has a projecting gabled entry section, three bays wide, with brick pilasters separating the center entrance from the flanking windows. The gable end has a dentillated pediment, and has a bullseye window at the center.

The courthouse served as the county courthouse from 1892 to 1972; a modern courthouse less than a mile away has since replaced it.

Brunswick County Courthouse Square is a historic county courthouse complex and national historic district located at Lawrenceville, Brunswick County, Virginia. It encompasses four contributing buildings and two contributing objects. They are the courthouse building, a clerk's office, library, jail, Confederate war monument, and a simple granite slab monument commemorating the county's veterans of World War I to the Vietnam War. Together they constitute a classic Southern courthouse square. The courthouse was built in 1854–55, as a two-story, gable-roofed rectangular brick building in the Greek Revival style. In 1939, a rear brick addition was completed, creating a T-shaped plan. The clerk's office is a two-story brick building built in 1893, with rear additions built in 1924 and 1939. The library was built in 1941.

The Stephenson County Courthouse, located on Courthouse Square in Freeport, is the county courthouse serving Stephenson County, Illinois. The present courthouse was built in 1975, replacing a historic courthouse built on the site in 1870. Elijah E. Myers, who went on to design three state capitols, designed the 1870 courthouse in the Second Empire style; the building, which featured a mansard roof and a projecting entrance pavilion, was Myers' only Second Empire work. The 1870 courthouse was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974, but it was demolished later that year as insufficient for the county's needs; despite its demolition, it remains listed on the National Register. The present courthouse was completed the following year, though by 2008, it was also reported to have insufficient space for the county's needs.
