Judith Johanna Marianne Uitermark (born 20 September 1971) is a Dutch judge and politician of the Christian democratic New Social Contract (NSC) party. [1]
Uitermark was born in Edam in North Holland. [2] Before entering national politics, Uitermark was a criminal judge. A proponent of mediation between perpetrators and victims, she served as National Coordinator for Mediation in Criminal Cases. She sat on the Haarlem Municipal Council on behalf of Christian Democratic Appeal from 1998 until 2001. [3]
She met Pieter Omtzigt, who had just founded New Social Contract, in September 2023, and she switched her party affiliation to become the party's third candidate in the November 2023 general election. Uitermark received a seat in the House of Representatives, and her focus was on justice and security. [2] [4] [5] In June 2024, she was nominated to serve in the new Schoof cabinet as Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. [3]

The cabinet of the Netherlands is the main executive body of the Netherlands. The latest cabinet of the Netherlands is the Schoof cabinet, which has been in power since 2 July 2024. It is headed by Prime Minister Dick Schoof.
Marie-Fleur Agema is the first Dutch politician and former spatial designer currently serving as Deputy Prime Minister of the Netherlands and Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport in the Schoof cabinet. Agema previously served as a member of the House of Representatives for the Party for Freedom between 30 November 2006 and 2 July 2024

Pieter Herman Omtzigt is a Dutch politician who has served as a member of the House of Representatives since 2003 apart from a short interruption between June and October 2010. He was member of the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA), but left in 2021 and continued as independent. In August 2023, he founded a new party called New Social Contract, its name taken from his 2021 manifesto. Three months later, his party won 20 out of 150 seats in the 2023 Dutch general election.
