Kabir Abdullahi Barkiya (born December 26, 1960) is a Nigerian politician and senator.^[1]^[2] He is representing Katsina Central Senatorial seat in the Senate of Nigeria ^[3]^[4]^[5] and was the director general of Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA).^[6]

However, Jarigbe later won several court challenges which declared him the legitimate PDP nominee and thus senator. Jarigbe took office in September 2021.
