Legoland Sichuan is an upcoming amusement park resort located in Shigao, Tianfu New Area, Sichuan. The resort started construction on June 8, 2020, and is planned to open in 2025. [2]

Plans

The project is led by Merlin Entertainment. On 27 September 2019, Merlin and Global Zhongjun announced a Legoland Resort in Sichuan Province. The resort was scheduled to open in 2023, [4] [5] however, it was pushed back to its current date. [2]

The resort area is 57 hectares, [1] with a building area of 159,000 square metres spread over 10 themes areas. [6] The estimated construction cost is 30 0000 0000 Yuan [7]
