Chowdhury Muhammad Shahriar Emon, known by his stage name Salman Shah, was a Bangladeshi film and television actor and model. Referred in the media as the "Prince of Bangladeshi Cinema", "Hero of Heroes" and the "First Superstar of Modern Dhallywood", he is commonly regarded as one of the most talented, popular, influential and iconic figures in Bangladesh's film history. Shah appeared in 27 films in a short acting career of three years, many of which were successful. Subsequently, he became the highest paid actor in the industry. <i>Forever Flows</i> 2006 Bangladeshi film

Nirontor is a 2006 Bangladeshi drama film directed by Abu Sayeed. It stars Dolly Johur, Jayanta Chattopadhyay, Amirul Haque Chowdhury, Litu Anam and Shilpi Sarkar Apu. It was Bangladesh's submission to the 79th Academy Awards for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film, but was not accepted as a nominee.

K M Mosharraf Hossain, known by his stage name Mosharraf Karim, is a Bangladeshi television and film actor. A household name in Bangladesh, Mosharraf is regarded as one of the finest actors of the country.

Chandragrohon: The Lunar Eclipse is a Bangladeshi film based on a short story written by Indian Bengali author Syed Mustafa Siraj. The film was released 2008 and younger director Murad Parvez first time directed the film. The film features Riaz, Sohana Saba, and Champa in lead roles along with Shahiduzzaman Selim, KS Firoz, Dilara Zaman, Kohinur, Gazi Rakayet, Azom Faruk and Kazi Riton in supporting roles. In 2008, the film won three National Film Awards and including other four awards.

Murad Parvez is a Bangladeshi film and television director. He directed Chandragrohon, Brihonnola, and many TV serials in Bangladesh.

Jyotika Jyoti is a Bangladeshi actress. Her first film, Ayna, directed by Kabori Sarwar, was released in 2005. The next two important releases were Nondito Noroke by Belal Ahmed and Rabeya by Tanvir Mokammel. Later she acted in Tanvir Mokammel's film Jibondhuli and Azad Kalam's Bedeni. Jyoti also acted in a number of short film. her first short film named Break Up was in 2010. she acted in seven short film till 2019. In 2015, she appeared in Morshedul Islam's Anil Bagchir Ekdin as Atoshi, Anil's sister. Jyoti starred in Grash, production of which began in 2013. It was released in 2017.

Bojhena Se Bojhena (2015) is a Bangladeshi romantic action film written, produced and directed by Montazur Rahman Akbar. Starring Akash Khan, Achol, Amit Hasan. The film was released by Nayan-Apon Productions. The film starred Akash Khan.

Mousumi Nag is a Bangladeshi model and actress. She made her media debut in the television drama Shure Akaa Chobi in 2006, which was a commercial success. Since then, she has acted 150 dramas and is now one of the most popular names in the Bangladeshi TV drama industry. She has also appeared in films.

Malek Afsary is a Bangladeshi film director and YouTuber, who has directed 24 films. Afsary began his career as an Assistant Director in the early 1970s. He made his film debut as an Assistant Director in the film Piyasi Mon. He then wrote the story for the film Lutera and the dialogue for the film Kar Pape. He made his directorial debut in 1983 with the film Ghorer Bou. He is best known for his film Ei Ghor Ei Songshar in 1996 and Password in 2019.

Bindiya is a Bangladeshi film actress who has starred in films like Dabangg (2014), Murder 2 (2015) and Mastan O Police (2017). Dabangg was her debut film, where she starred opposite Jayed Khan. She was criticised for her vulgar scenes with Khan.

Ka Kha Ga Gha Umo is a 1970 Pakistan film directed by Narayan Ghosh Mita. Razzak and Kabari Sarwar plays the lead roles.

<i>Bandi Theke Begum</i> 1975 film

Bandi Theke Begum is a Bangladeshi drama film, released in 1975. The film directed by Mohshin. Story, screenplay and dialogue by journalist and also writer Ahmed Zaman Choudhury. The film stars Razzak and Bobita in a lead role with Shahed Sharif, Zafor Iqbal, Baby Zaman, Khalil supporting role. In the film, first time Bobita won National Film Award.
