The following is a list of CAF club competition winning coaches that includes winning coaches over the years in the different competitions (or Cups) held by CAF. The Confederation of African Football (CAF) is the governing body for football leagues across Africa, in which African National football teams take part. It governs prize awards, as well as other administrative tasks.

Hossam Hassan Hussein is an Egyptian professional football coach and former player who played as a striker. A prolific goalscorer, he is Egypt's all-time top scorer with 83 goals in 176 appearances. His twin brother Ibrahim also played professional football, and they shared teams for most of their extensive careers.

Enyimba Football Club or simply known as Enyimba, is a Nigerian football club based in the city of Aba which plays in the Nigerian Professional Football League. Their name means People's Elephant in Igbo language and is also the nickname used for the city of Aba. Founded in 1976, the club rose to prominence in the 2000s and is considered the most successful Nigerian football club as they won two African Champions League titles, nine Nigerian championships and four Federation Cups since 2001. Their most-recent league glory came in the 2022–23 season.

Hassan Shehata is an Egyptian former professional football player. Before retirement he played as a forward. He then became a football manager, who is now retired. Shehata led Egypt to victory in 3 titles, all which were at the African Cup of Nations: 2006, 2008 and 2010. He was the first ever coach to win three consecutive Africa Cup of Nations titles. Shehata is one of only two coaches to win the Africa Cup 3 times, along with Ghana's Charles Gyamfi.

The African Cup Winners' Cup was a football competition that started in 1975 and merged with the CAF Cup in 2004 to form the CAF Confederation Cup. It was a competition between the winning clubs of domestic cups in CAF-affiliated nations and was modelled after the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup.
