The 2021 Kazakhstan Premier League was the 30th season of the Kazakhstan Premier League, the highest football league competition in Kazakhstan. FC Kairat were the defending champions after winning their third title the previous season. FC Tobol won their second title.

They finished as Champions of the Premier League, having finished second the previous season behind Tobol. Astana also reached the Semifinals of the Kazakhstan Cup where they were knocked out by Ordabasy, and the Second Qualifying round of the Europa Conference League where they were defeated by Raków Częstochowa.

In Europe, Kairat entered and were knocked out of the Europa Conference League in the Second qualifying round by Kisvárda.
