The following is a list of male underwear models. This is not a complete list and includes men who have modeled underwear as well as fashion apparel from all over the world. This list excludes models dedicated to pornographic and erotic photography, who may pose in underwear, but the final purpose is to see them naked.

Among others, Armani licenses its name and branding to Luxottica for eyewear and L'Oréal for fragrances and cosmetics. It is considered Italy's third-biggest fashion group behind Gucci and Prada.
Mehcad Jason McKinley Brooks is an American actor and former fashion model. He is known for his roles as Matthew Applewhite in the second season of ABC's series Desperate Housewives (2005–2006), Jerome in The Game, "Eggs" Benedict Talley in the first and second seasons of HBO's series True Blood, his leading role as Terrance "TK" King in the USA series Necessary Roughness (2011–2013) and James Olsen in the CBS/The CW series Supergirl. In 2022, he began his portrayal of NYPD Detective Jalen Shaw on the NBC police procedural drama Law & Order, with the start of the series' 22nd season.

Calvin Klein Inc. is an American fashion house which markets its eponymously branded products worldwide. The company, which became famous for its designer underwear and denim lines in the 1980s, specializes in mass-market ready-to-wear clothing for all genders and age groups as well as leather products, lifestyle accessories and shoes, home furnishings, perfume/cosmetics, eyewear, jewelry and watches in the mid-price segment. Its high-end runway fashion division, which represented the top level of the various Calvin Klein sub-brands, was discontinued in 2019.
Brett Michael Novek is an American male fashion model and actor. He is a campaign-level model for Papi Underwear and appears on their product packaging and sales and promotional material. In 2007, he was a contestant in season one of VH1's reality competition television program America's Most Smartest Model, in which he placed fourth.

His consistent work for major international fashion brands and publications has solidified his status as a supermodel. In 2014, Vogue listed him as one of the top 10 male models of all time.

In 2015, O'Pry was included on Models.com's new 'Supers Men', 'Sexiest Men', and the 'Money Guys' lists. That same year, Vogue, ranked him fifth on the 'Top 10 Male Models of All Time'. In 2013, Forbes named him the best-paid male model.

On 26 June 2009, Forbes ranked Kortajarena eighth in The World's 10 Most Successful Male Models.
