Cumberland Island National Seashore preserves most of Cumberland Island in Camden County, Georgia, the largest of Georgia's Golden Isles. The seashore features beaches and dunes, marshes, and freshwater lakes. The national seashore also preserves and interprets many historic sites and structures.

The Pekin Street Historic District is a residential historic district bounded by Pekin and Candace Streets, Douglas and Chalkstone Avenues in Providence, Rhode Island. It is a well-preserved densely built neighborhood of working class housing, built almost entirely between 1870 and 1910. Most of the structures are either two or three-family units, with two-families predominating among the older buildings and triple-deckers among the later ones. The buildings are generally set on narrow lots with small yards. The district's main north-south roads are Pekin and Candace Streets, which are joined by a number of cross streets.
Dungeness on Cumberland Island, Georgia, is a ruined mansion that is part of a historic district that was the home of several families significant in American history. The mansion was named after a nearby sandy spit at the southern end of the island, first recorded in a land grant petition in 1765 and almost certainly named after the Dungeness headland, on the south coast of England. The first Dungeness house was the legacy of Revolutionary War hero Nathanael Greene, who had acquired 11,000 acres (45 km2) of island land in 1783 in exchange for a bad debt. In 1800, his widow Catharine Miller built a four-story tabby mansion over a Timucuan shell mound. During the War of 1812 the island was occupied by the British, who used the house as a headquarters.
The Stafford Plantation was a plantation on Cumberland Island in Camden County, on the southeastern coast of Georgia. It was established in the early 19th century by Robert Stafford.
The Nobility Hill Historic District is a residential historic district roughly bounded by Chestnut and Maple Streets and Cedar Avenue in Stoneham, Massachusetts. The district includes a number of high quality houses representing a cross section of fashionable housing built between 1860 and 1920. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.
The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception is a historic cathedral on Cumberland Avenue in Portland, Maine, which serves as seat of the Diocese of Portland. The rector is Father Seamus Griesbach. The church, an imposing Gothic Revival structure built in 1866–69, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. Until 2023, it was the tallest building in Portland. It was surpassed by 201 Federal Street.
The Dennisville Historic District is a 60-acre (24 ha) national historic district in the Dennisville section of Dennis Township in Cape May County, New Jersey. The district is bounded by Petersburg Road, Main Street, Church Road, Hall Avenue, Fidler and Academy Roads, and Route 47. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 24, 1987, for its significance in architecture, industry and maritime history. The district includes 58 contributing buildings. The district boundary was increased in 2016 and now includes the William S. Townsend House, which was previously listed individually.
The Bivalve Oyster Packing Houses and Docks are located along Shell Road in the Bivalve section of Commercial Township in Cumberland County, New Jersey. They were added to the National Register of Historic Places on February 28, 1996, for their significance in commerce and maritime history during the years 1870–1945. The listing includes five contributing buildings. The buildings were listed as part of the Marine and Architectural Resources of the Maurice River Cove Multiple Property Documentation Form (MPDF). The Bayshore Center, an educational museum, is located adjacent to the property at 2800 High Street.
The Nathan Harris House is an historic house at 425 Main Street in Westbrook, Maine. Built about 1830, it is a well-preserved example of Federal period architecture, most notable for the murals painted on some of its walls in the 1830s. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993. The house is now used as a professional office.
The East Portland Grand Avenue Historic District, located in southeast Portland, Oregon, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The district includes approximately 20 city blocks on or near Southeast Grand Avenue on the east side of the Willamette River, roughly bounded on the south by SE Main Street, north by SE Ankeny Street, west by SE Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, and east by SE Seventh Avenue. Most structures in the district are commercial buildings rising two to three stories. Immediately to the west of the historic district is Portland's east side industrial area, and to the east are industrial and residential areas.
The Warren Block is a historic commercial building at Cumberland and Main Streets in Westbrook, Maine, United States. Built in 1882 to a design by John Calvin Stevens, it is a sophisticated example of commercial Queen Anne architecture. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
Greyfield Inn is a hotel on Cumberland Island in Camden County, Georgia, the only hotel on the island. The inn is a member of Historic Hotels of America, the official program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. It was opened to the public as an inn in 1962 in a Colonial Revival-style house named Greyfield located on an estate of the same name; it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
