The Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church is a church on the National Register of Historic Places in Auburn, Alabama. Ebenezer Baptist Church was the first African American church built in the Auburn area after the end of the Civil War in 1865. Over the next few years, the church members built the church out of hand-hewn logs, transported from miles away by mules. The church was completed around 1870 and served the Ebenezer congregation until 1969. The building was restored in 1970 by the Auburn Heritage Association, and currently houses the Auburn Unitarian Universalist Fellowship.
Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church, originally named the Third Church of Christ, Scientist, is a landmark church located on West Washington Boulevard in Chicago, Illinois, United States. The church was designed by architect Hugh M.G. Garden and was built in 1901. The church was sold to its current owners in 1947. It was designated a Chicago Landmark on February 16, 1989, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016.
Sardis Baptist Church in Birmingham, Alabama, also known as Old Sardis Baptist Church was built around 1910. The church as the location where the Alabama Christian Movement for Human Rights was created at a mass meeting of over 1,000 people on June 5, 1956. Its pastor, the Reverend Robert L. Alford, was one of the founders of the organization. The church building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.

The original section was built about 1896, and expanded about 1920. It is a one-story, "T"-shaped wood-frame building clad in weatherboard siding. It features an original bell tower and Gothic Revival style lancet windows. Adjacent to the church is a contributing cemetery.

Tabor Baptist Church, also known as Big Levels Baptist Church, Lewisburg Baptist Church, and Mount Tabor Church, is a historic Baptist church at Court and Foster Streets in Lewisburg, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. It was built in 1832, and is a 1+1⁄2-story, brick meeting house building with Gothic style design elements. It measures 36 feet long by 40 feet wide and sits on a thick limestone foundation. It features a 10 feet by 16 feet frame tower, topped with an octagonal cap and belfry.

It was built in 1924, and is a one-story, rectangular brick church building on a raised basement in the Late Gothic Revival style. It features a tall projecting, corner tower. A two-story addition for Sunday School classrooms, a kitchen, and dining area was built in the 1970s.
Mt. Olive Baptist Church is a historic Baptist church located at 301 Church Street in Mullins, Marion County, South Carolina. It was built between 1922 and 1926, and is a one-story, Late Gothic Revival style brick cruciform building. It has a complex hip and gable roof and features twin corner towers of unequal height, a stained glass oculus above each entrance at the second level, a belfry containing four large pointed arch openings, and a large tripartite Gothic-arched leaded stained glass window flanked by stained glass lancet windows. The church played a major role in the African-American community in Mullins.

West End Hills Missionary Baptist Church is a historic church at 1680 19th Place SW in Birmingham, Alabama. It was built between 1959 and 1965 when the main sanctuary was dedicated. The church is significant for its congregation's participation in the Alabama Christian Movement for Human Rights rallies for Civil rights in the 1950s and the 1960s under the direction of its pastor, the Rev. Coleman M. Smith. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.
Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, also known as the Enola Baptist Church, is a historic church at 249 AR 107 in Enola, Arkansas. It is a single-story masonry structure, built out of local fieldstone with cream-colored brick trim. The main block has a gabled roof, with a projecting vestibule and entrance sheltered by a gabled roof. A cross-gabled rear section projects slightly to the sides. The church was built about 1952, with the exterior stone veneer work done by Silas Owens, Sr., a locally renowned master mason, with the rear addition finished by his son, Silas Jr.
Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church is a national historic site located at 528 West Jackson Street, Pensacola, Florida in Escambia County. It is the second oldest black Baptist church in Pensacola. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 24, 2013.
The former Second Baptist Church is a historic building located in Mount Pleasant, Iowa, United States. The First Colored Baptist Church of Mt. Pleasant, later Second Baptist Church, was founded in the summer of 1863 by members of First Baptist Church for the education and worship of the community's African American population. The congregation is also referred to as the "African Baptist Church". It is possible that this building was the original Methodist Episcopal church building constructed in 1843. It is believed that it was moved here in 1856 or 1857 for a newly established congregation of the Methodist Protestant Church. Either that or the main part of this small frame church was built here at that time. Regardless, the Methodist Protestant congregation did not succeed and the property was sold to First Baptist Church in January 1864 for use by the "Colored Baptist Church."
