Paul Dolan (behavioural scientist)

Last updated

I have never read a novel in my life. There are only so many hours in the day and I have decided to fill them with activities other than reading made-up stories. Each to their own, eh?

Dolan was the first in his family to go to university and grew up on a council estate in Hackney. [21] One of his hobbies is bodybuilding. [33] He is a lifelong fan of West Ham United. [34]

Awards

In 2002, Dolan won the Philip Leverhulme Prize in economics for his contribution to health economics; in particular, for his work on QALYs (quality adjusted life years). [35]
