The University of Delhi-School of Open Learning (DU-SOL) is a constituent school of the University of Delhi. It was established in 1962, and offers programmes in humanities, sciences and commerce. Courses offered are under correspondence courses and continuing education policies of the university and respective government agencies.

Overview

The school offers undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses in the subjects of Arts/Humanities and Commerce. [2]

In 2022, DU has implemented the New Education Policy(NEP) 2020 and Undergraduate Curriculum Framework (UGCF) 2022.

Many students take admission here due to many of them living very far from colleges,due to financial issues or not been able to take admission in regular courses, etc.

A degree of DU-SOL is equivalent to a degree from a regular college at Delhi University.

Sri Venkateswara College is a constituent college of the University of Delhi established in 1961 in New Delhi, India. Ramanujan College is a constituent college of University of Delhi's South Campus. It is named after the Indian mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan. Bharati College, founded in 1971 as Bharati Mahila College, is a women's college affiliated to the University of Delhi. The college caters to more than 2000 women students. It is located in the Janakpuri district of New Delhi. The college offers Bachelor's courses in Literature, humanities, science and commerce. It is well connected with other parts of the city by various means of transport. Dr. Rekha Sapra is currently the acting principal of the college. Admission to Bharati College is given on the basis of Delhi University cut offs released each year for different courses.

Shyama Prasad Mukherji College commonly known as SPM College, is a constituent college of the University of Delhi. The all-women's college was founded in 1969 and named after Syama Prasad Mukherjee.

Mata Sundri College for Women also shortly known as Mata Sundari College is a constituent college of University of Delhi. The college was founded in 1967 by Delhi Sikhs Gurudwara Management Committee. At present 4000+ students are enrolled in various Certificate, Diploma, undergraduate and Postgraduate courses available in the college. The college is located in the central Delhi and comes under the jurisdiction of the North Campus of University of Delhi. It is named after Mata Sundari, wife of tenth Sikh guru Guru Gobind Singh and is located adjacent to Mata Sundri Gurdwara.
