The Progressive Socialist Party of Ukraine (PSPU) is a pro-Russian political party in Ukraine led by Nataliya Vitrenko.

The All-Ukrainian Union "Fatherland", often referred to as Batkivshchyna, is a political party in Ukraine led by People's Deputy of Ukraine, Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko. The Borei class, alternate transliteration Borey, Russian designation Project 955 Borei and Project 955A Borei-A,, are series of nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarines being constructed by Sevmash for the Russian Navy. The class is projected to replace the Soviet-era Delta III, Delta IV and Typhoon classes in the Russian Navy service.

The Admiral Gorshkov class, Russian designation Project 22350 for the original and upgraded version armed with 16 and 32 VLS cells respectively, is the newest class of frigates being built by the Severnaya Verf in Saint Petersburg for the Russian Navy. The Project 22350 was designed by the Severnoye Design Bureau and incorporates use of stealth technology. As of August 2020, ten vessels have been contracted for delivery by 2027. The lead ship of the class, Admiral Gorshkov, was commissioned on 28 July 2018.

It is located between the Cape of Chersones and the auxiliary airfield "Chersones" in Sevastopol and was part of the Soviet missile attack warning system. Igor Venediktovich Plotnitsky is a former separatist leader and former head of the unrecognised self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, in eastern Ukraine. He was born 26 June 1964 either in Luhansk or in the town of Kelmentsi, Chernivtsi Oblast. Plotnitsky himself did not issue a public statement on 24 November 2017, but on that day a Luhansk People's Republic website claimed he had resigned as their president. On 25 November the 38-member People's Council of the self-proclaimed state unanimously approved Plotnitsky's resignation.

2019 Ukrainian parliamentary election

Snap elections to the Ukrainian parliament were held on 21 July 2019. Originally scheduled to be held at the end of October, these elections were brought forward after newly inaugurated President Volodymyr Zelensky dissolved parliament on 21 May 2019, during his inauguration. The election result was the one-party majority, a novelty in Ukraine, for President Zelensky's Servant of the People party with 254 seats.

Russian legislative elections

Russian legislative elections determine the composition of the State Duma, the lower house of the Russian parliament, for the next five years.

Gubernatorial elections in 1991 and 1992 took place in 11 federal subjects of Russia. Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Tatarstan, Kalmykia, Mari El, Mordovia, Sakha and Chuvashia held their first elections in 1991. In Adygea and Kabardino-Balkaria second tours were held after the New Year celebrations. Tuva was the only one region of the Russian Federation to held its first presidential election in 1992, ignoring the year-long moratorium introduced by Russian parliament in late 1991.

Gubernatorial elections in 1999 took place in 16 regions of the Russian Federation.

Governor of Bryansk Oblast

The governor of Bryansk Oblast is the highest official of Bryansk Oblast, a federal subject of Russia. The governor heads the executive branch in the region and is elected by direct popular vote for the term of five years.
